I want to thank everyone at North Belt automotive for doing a great job on my car. They were really fast and professional I brought my car into the shop at 4:40pm Friday(the shop closes at 5). They allowed me to wait inside with my toddler son until my ride came, which unfortunately was running late. They called me by 11:30 Saturday evening. These guys rock! Took the time to explain my front end repair. Even took me to the vehicle to show me. I trust them completely. It feels good that I can take my vehicle to a place that's not out to take me.

Fifteen minutes before closing, the manager, Jeff A., agreed to look at my car. I had experienced trouble with it on our one hour drive to dance class. Jeff took the time to test it and even put it up on the lift after closing. This ended up possibly saving our lives. A mechanic from a different shop had neglected to secure bolts that held the tire to the steering mechanism. They were literally ready to fall off and might have on my 70 mph ride home. The manager was kind, thorough, and saved me from driving home later at 11:00 p.m. with a car that would have been unsafe for my daughter and me. I'm grateful for his help and professional manner when it was closing time.

Hi-Tech Automotive Is a Cut above the Other Shops in Missouri! First Class Service Advisor Tony Took Care of My Son Matthew and My BMW like we were family! I was over 2500 miles away - But Tony Made sure to keep me up to date with everything We needed done. AVOID AT ALL COST. If one star could be given it would. Repaired minivan, put in lesser aftermarket parts without asking or telling that non-original parts would be used. When part failed, wouldn't agree to either of the two reasonable restitutions offered and s basically told to get out of the shop. This same shop didn't repair a bolt in a tire that was brought in, and paid for to get repaired. When confronted, shop claimed it was a DIFFERENT bolt in the same tire that just happened to be in the same region and be the same size. This is also the same shop that told us we had a cracked oil pan, that never turned up again as an issue at this shop (despite never being fixed), never leaked oil and has not been found by two other shops.
