I just had the clutch repaired on my 1974 MG Midget at Ron's transmission. He took the time to figure out the exact problem, ordered the correct parts and fixed the issue without a full clutch rebuild/replace. I was thrilled with his expert analysis of the situation to repair my car without pulling the engine, which would have been an expensive procedure. Ron and Paula provided quality service at a reasonable price, and I would certainly return.

Rick made the process as easy as possible. The guy honestly went out of his way to get my business. 1- Rick called my warranty company for me 2- He scheduled me a rental car that was covered by my warranty 3- Warranty company's are always a pain in the ass but Rick called em did all the leg work got them to pay without having me wait long. 4- I ended up paying less that what my original deductible was! 5- probably my favorite part of my experience was when I picked up my car it was WAXED AND DETAILED! Like I said these guys went above and beyond for my car. Thank you Rick. P.s if you have carmax extended warranty just skip the middle man and call rick they'll charge the same deductible, give you a better warranty that carmax does on their work 3year/36k! Jose C. After my old beat up car broke down in Warwick, RI on my way back to NYC, I happened to find Rebello Auto. Mike was amazing and had me out the door in 90 minutes with my car running better than ever! Mike got on the phone and made sure all the parts would still be under warranty in NY just in case, and although it had nothing to do with the repair, he made sure the super friendly care dudes topped off the fluids, checked the tires, and got everything set so we would be safe the rest of the way home. The pricing was very competitive and he went over everything before the work was done. While I was waiting I saw Mike handle a number of people who he knew and remembered, and they had obviously been doing work with Mike for a while. If I was in Rhode Island I would certainly be a repeat customer just like them. Thank you so much guys!

AMAZING! My car broke down in Franklin, I live in Watertown...had it towed to Mark's thanks to AAA. I had no clue where to take my car as it was late and everything was closed ( good thing for google looking for local places ). He owns the place and worked on my car, he did not over charge on labor and he did not lie about the cost of parts to make money ( I have had this problem with places in Watertown, Midas, Firestone and the list goes on..although Perfection in Watertown is decent). After he fixed my car he took it for a drive and it was rainy so he replaced my awful wipers free of charge. He inspected all of my brakes free of charge ( my problem was right front brakes ). My car was fixed in no time and he offered to pick me up from the train station as I was not sure how I was going to get back to Franklin, but I ended up getting a ride. His place was very nice, he was very nice..you could tell he loves what he does. It was overall a wonderful experience. He was very honest and I will be making the drive to Franklin for all my car needs..yes, it was that good! Finally, honesty!! Thanks Mark, you saved the day and did not kill my wallet!
