Arthur is perhaps one of the most honest and fair mechanics in the State of Rhode Island.  My best friend is a mechanic, but him and I are up in VT, but knew exactly what the job should cost.  Well Arthur actually charged my mother less than what we expected by about $50-$100 and didn't make anything on the parts.  The guy is an old-fashioned, hardworking guy with morals, who takes care of you like you were his family.  Everyone I know who needs car work in RI I will be sending his way!  Thanks again Arthur.
