I had Touring Car install brakes and tires on my BMW 330Ci. The work was done in a professional manner, with Duncan explaining everything as we went over the estimate. We were able to use a no-dust type brake pad which keeps my wheels looking great! I was very happy with their service and have returned for oil changes. This is the only place I have ever taken my vehicle. I trust them to do the repairs and they always call me and tell me how much before doing the job. I was having an issue with my vehicle last week so I called Dale and he said stop by after I get off work. So I got there about 5:00 ,they close at 6:00. Mark was the person that looked at my vehicle and tells David, the owner, what the problem was and that it was going to take about an hour and half to fix. Knowing that I needed my vehicle and had no other way to travel. David, Mark, and Dale all agreed to stay and get my vehicle running again. Now the other problem, getting the part. David takes off in his own vehicle and gets the part that was needed while Mark takes out the old part. David gets back, Mark does his magic and my vehicle is ready. Now we are talking almost 7:00 and I was so happy I hugged each one of them. I was so thrilled that they would do this for me. This proves not all car repair buisnesse's will try to take advantage of women.You guys are the best!!!!!!
