The team is great, very friendly. A standard oil change is very competitive priced. $368 to change a fuel filter and water separation filter is over the top. Dr. Filter has those two, as a pair, listed at $79, then tac on labor, doesn't seem to be $368. When an oil change is $150 ish. That pricing is a bit opportunistic. Their electronic work order process approval is great.

German Autowerks is the best. They don't try and get over on you by telling you something other than what is wrong with your vehicle. Their hourly rate for labor is unbeatable, not to mention, they have free diagnostics. They are very friendly, honest and fast at repairing vehicle. I wouldn't think of taking my vehicle anywhere else now that I have found them. -Tamika

I have a 2003 Honda Accord Coupe EX V6 with more than 200,000 miles on it. There is absolutely no way I would have held onto my car this long and kept it in such good shape without Barnhill Automotive. Tommy and Ryan are extremely knowledgable and very experienced with all the Honda models, and they're ethical people whom I completely trust. They respect my limited budget and always advise me to plan for my repair/maintenance wisely. I know my money is better spent with Barnhill Automotive than it is with the Honda dealers.

I took my wife s 2007 Honda Pilot here to have the timing belt changed for the 100,000 mile service and I was shocked by the amount of care and attention to details that the shop owner took in making sure my car was done right. Not to mention that they did the work for $600 less than the Honda Dealership and were much nicer! I would recommend them highly for all of your repairs.

They didn't put parking brake on or leave car in gear (it is manual) so it rolled and collided with another vehicle. They made appointment to REPLACE the bumper and said they would have rental for me to drive that day. I showed up to find a junk Chevy Volt that has Midas plastered all over it and stinks like cigarette smoke waiting for me. I refused to drive it so instead of getting me a rental the tech offered to drive me home and pick me up or drive our car home when it was fixed. Well I'm sorry, even if I wanted to get in a car with a strange man and also let Midas drive the car they just wrecked, I live 40 minutes away, so no. They should have arranged a rental. Also, they said they were replacing the bumper but now they are going to try to just fix it even though it has cuts in it (not just dented).

I had my 1950 Oldsmobile rewired at Platt Springs Automotive and they did a great job. Everything works fine and the cost of repair was very reasonable.
