The people in the service department just don't act like they care about your time. Everytime we have dropped off a vehicle for repair it is at least two days before we can get an answer on the problems. They have a very poor customer service. It seems to me that because the work being done is warranty work they just push you to the back of the line. It should never take that long to get any vehicle fixed. I don't know if they are under staffed in the service department, but the service at every other shop we've been to is 100% better. I would not take my vehicle here for any type of service ever again. They need to work on there customer service or hire someone who cares about the customer!!

I called Bob Andrews motor's and asked for a quote to replace the engine mountings on my Honda Civic. The guy who answered the phone was rude and belligerant. First off he REFUSED to give me a quote and started arguing "How do I know, that my engine mountains need replacing". He said I needed to bring the car in and leave it there so they could open it up and look-see and THEN give me a Quote. I took my car elsewhere.
