I continue to have a great experience with the Little Brothers Shell station for repairs/maintenance on my Audi. All of the mechanics are easy to talk to and they work hard to provide great customer service. I will continue to take my car to Avery, Jeremy and the rest of the guys.

Even though they could not work on my roof mounted A/C in my Sprinter Van, they were very helpful in pointing me in the right direction. Because of that, I will go to Link Automotive the next time I am in need of a general vehicle repair. Thank you!

Just want to say very nice place. Owner Rod is awesome guy. Went in got my vehicle fixed in a short time. fair prices. Recommend if you haven't been there , need to give this place a try. Thank you again Mr fix It... Awesome work...

Filed complaint with BBB since Cody said he would email me a copy of receipt of purchase of the new catalytic converter they purchased for my car & instead sent my a copy of my receipt for payment. This more than proves they did not change my catalytic converter & they have not responded to the BBB, because they have no proof of purchase or the new c.c. serial number to compare to my old c.c. serial number! They were all trained by FireStone of Murfreesboro (including the owner, of which Noah whom they fired for telling people this fact!) which explains it all, they were taught how to rip customers off & over charge & immediately blame other parts going bad when the customer calls within warranty time frame to complain about the same issues!! Save your money & go to actual professionals!!! These boys are not professional nor do they do business as such!!

I took my car to get an estimate for repairing an oil leak. The service manager was really exceptional at explaining what was wrong with my car and giving me advice on what to do next. Thanks, Car Care Import & Domestic Service.

The list of grievances is endless but I'll hit the high points....I have never been treated so poorly in my entire life. Not only did Accurate Auto Body of Franklin, TN on Mallory Station Road keep my car twice as long as they were supposed to but when they returned it to me, after $4300 worth of work, they hadn't even fixed everything that needed to be done from my accident. When I called them the day of picking up my car to inquire about the noises my car was making they were completely rude and told me I'd just have to take it to the dealership... Now I'm having to fight with my insurance company because Accurate Auto body did such a horrible job.... Thank you Accurate Autobody for wasting a month of my life and not doing your job. I don't care that my insurance company recommended you, I will never be back and will make sure I tell everyone I know how poorly I was treated and what a horrible job you did. They didn't return my phone calls, they claimed they would call with a weekly update which never happened, then they were irritated with me for calling after my car was a week late and I still hadn't heard anything.... They actually had the nerve to tell me after being a week late with my car that I didn't know anything about auto body repair or how long it takes and they would get it done when they could.... Wow

I Recomend this place Highly for their Professionalism, Honesty and excellent work performed and real Reasonable prices on their work. They are very friendly and hospitable. I had hit a deer with my truck (Silverado) and was expecting to spend alot more than the estimate that was coming out of my pocket with just basic insurance coverage. They made the truck look show room new again and its a 2002. I was expecting the repairs to take about two weeks, but they had it done in two days and looking great again. They are excellent at their work. The wife like the job they done, that she decided to get her windshield replaced this coming weekend. They also gave her a good price on it from what she was quoted from another shop a few months earlier. Overall they are a Down Home small city great place to do business with and will have my business when ever needed in the future along with anybody that needs a recommendation of a good shop, they will always get a thumbs up and a 5 star rating. We called Robert's Mobile Mechanics Tuesday evening after our car unexpectedly broke down on the interstate. We knew the serpentine belt had popped off, and we hoped that was all that was wrong because I needed the car to get to work at 1pm on Wednesday. Robert's Mobile Mechanics came out early Wednesday morning, immediately diagnosed that the water pump had also gone bad, and still had everything fixed and ready to go by 11am. The rate was exceptionally reasonable (as someone who drives a 20-year-old car that spends a great deal of time in the shop, I would know...). They were fast, friendly, and professional. We will definitely be using them in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

I had been given a quote to repair my rear window on my beetle convertible when the back window would not go up after raising the convertible top. The quote was over $1000 so I decided to get a second opinion. I took it to GPO for a diagnostic and was called a day later with a quote that was 1/2 of the first place. They were very professional and work was done in timely manner. I will definitely use them again.
