They helped me out of a real bind when my alternator died on the way to work.  They were able to get it towed to their shop, fixed/replaced, and offered a possible solution to the problem that caused it to die in the first place (oil leak).  They are very helpful and will go out of their way for the customer.  I would definitely use them again.
