After posting the first review about Smoky Mountain Mobile RV repair, I feel it is only right to post a follow up. First of all, they did honor the original price they had quoted on the awnings. Secondly, I had an issue 3 day later with some of the electrical work they had done on the motorhome and when I called them they came out immediately and took care of the problem at no additional charge. I am convinced that they are very honest people and there was just a miscommunication between to many people on the awning issue above. As I stated, they did honor the price originally quoted.

Ken is knowledgeable, friendly, fast and is a man of integrity. He has replaced an ac unit for me, resealed the top and numerous other things at a very reasonable price. He is the only person I will use while in this area.
