I have been a customer there for quite some time. I will not take my cars anywhere else. The head mechanic, Tim, is awesome! He is very honest and does quality work. He has a great attitude and knows his stuff. Their prices are quite affordable also,. I will continue to do business there and recommend this place to all!

Service was absolutely wonderful and the Honda doesn't sound like the wheel is going to fall off. The staff was friendly and so professional. We trust Cole's and know they stand behind their work always!!!

They looked at my truck, and told me what needed fixed immediately and what could wait. No pressure. The work was fast and priced right. I will go back any time I have something that breaks.

I have had several repairs by lowery automotive. They are honest and have very fair prices and good at what they do. I understand it's hard to find a smaller shop that's good and you can trust so you do like I did in past and take to big garage and pay big prices! I can tell you I have found that shop you can trust and I will only use lowery automotive.

Chuck Hutton Toyota - We are on a long family road trip, and our check engine and VSC track off lights came on. This same situation happened before when we were in California. The diagnostic code indicates a problem with the camshaft. California and Arizona dealers told us we would likely have to replace the can shaft and charged us $800 to take the car apart only to find nothing wrong. One year later, this same issue happened again. Chuck Hutton Toyota took a much more practical approach. The mechanic ran the diagnostic and got the same code. He then listened to the car and inspected it. The mechanic talked to us directly. He recommended we continue on our way as it was likely just a sensor issue again. He didn't hear or see anything funny. He reset the lights and then told us what to do if it came on again. We left with a print out of the code and a diagnostic reading of the car. They didn't charge us a cent! We are so appreciative of the service provided at Chuck Hutton Toyota.

I visited this establishment on 07/19/16 for issues with my TPMS light. My light had been on for 2 months and I informed the gentlemen at the front desk that I was having issues with the light remaining on despite continuous efforts at putting air in all four tires. He asked me which one it was and I informed him that I wasn't sure. There was instantly a look of discontent across his face. Now, mind you, the business states on it's website that they close at 6:00pm during the week. I got off work at 4:30pm and got there at 4:55pm, hoping to get my tires examined to see what the problem was. The maintenance shouldn't be very long for this type of problem, I thought, and they didn't appear busy at all. I was told to pull my car up to the second bay to have one of the mechanics look at my tires and all he did was put air in my tires. No time whatsoever was taken to actually see if I had a slow leak, nail, etc. I had already told them that putting air in my tires hadn't fixed the issue. They wanted to get me in and out because it was too close to closing time I assume. After the mechanic finished putting air in my tires, he told me that all my tires were sufficiently inflated except for the right rear which, before he put air in it, had a significant lower tire pressure than the rest. To me, that would signal that maybe you should actually EXAMINE the tire to find out why the pressure is so much lower than the rest of the tires. That action wasn't taken and I rode home with my issue unresolved. I then made an appointment for the next day to take my vehicle to a Honda dealership where they took the time to look at my tires and found a nail in my right rear tire! And guess what, the maintenance time didn't take long at all! I am thoroughly disgusted with Grimes on Hacks Cross and will never do business with them again. I will definitely recommend not to take your car here for any maintenance purposes.

I took my crown Victoria here and it was the worst experience of my life. My car was stolen from the lot. The owner accused me of stealing my own car and after that he dodged my calls and my car was never paid for or recovered. It was a loss and at the time I didn't have the money or time to take him to court. I hope Karma takes care of him and his bad business practices

I went to this company bcuz it was referred by a friend. This company told me that they were good, christisn people and would do the job right. I was given a 1 year warranty on the work. Then 3 months later, a bombshell hit. My car went out of gear as I was cruising down parkway. I called they came and got it told me that they fixed the problem, and a week later same problem.sent it back to then another week, when it was returned it ran 4 days and I had to call again. After picking it up this time, it nade it home, I didnt drive for a few days due to fear, went to warm it up, and it wouldn't get out of park. They finally told me my pump was bad. I later found out that it should have been replaced or repaired during the rebuild. Not very Godly to me. I feel that Mr. Bill should have called me and told me that. Or let me know up front it was more work than he anticipated, and let ne decide if I wanted to pay more not do a shabby job, and then stop fixing it all together

TERRIBLE SERVICE. I promise you, the people working on your car DO NOT care about your car. 1st, they will take 2 WEEKS PERIOD to fix your car to maximize their profit because the longer its there the more in ‘labor fees’ they incur. 2nd, I picked up my car and it looked like they did the work the day before I picked it up. For 2 weeks at the shop, the job looked rushed and messy. Clear coat was not buffed entirely and had cloud like appearance over the area where they re-painted. The staff stated’ it does look like a child been playing on your car’. 3rd, it took an additional WEEK to fix the clear coat paint job on the quarter panel and replacement bumper. 4th, AFTER GETTING MY CAR BACK AFTER 3weeks, THEY LEFT MY TRUNK OPEN AND IT GOT SOAKED, long story short, no sound came out my car and the parking assiatnce didnt power on. They F’ed up my electrical system. The GM ran a test on my car and I had 16 pages of failed electrical errors. It took an additional WEEK AND A HALF to replace my right tail light, entire radio system in the trunk and to fix my parking assistance (which they had to have AUTONATION fix for them). After about 3 WEEKS AND A HALF TOTAL, I finally get my car back and they have overspray from the clear coat paint job all over the hood of my car. Im calling today 11/30/18 to have this looked over by the GM of Abra. Keep in Mind, all this for a fender bender. All Abra was doing was replacing the rear bumper. The staff is very rude as others have stated and the employees working on your car have the slightest knowledge of your vehicle or how to repair it. EVERY CAR/TRUCK IS NOT “A ONE SIZE FIT ALL” REPAIR. I promise you, if you care about your vehicle at all, PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR/TRUCK TO ABRA ON MT. MORIAH. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED, this is my story and its all facts. TAKE IT TO THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK, YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED.
