Transmission repair service near Smyrna, TN

Around May 28th 2013 I took my 2002 Honda Accord to Aleet Transmission located on 207 Monroe Street in Smyrna, Tn.to be repaired after I bought a gift certificate from 94 FM The Fish Radio Station valued at $2,0 00 which was donated by Aleet Transmission.I haven't seen my car since people! That's been 5 months! Every time my friend and I call to inquire about my Honda 2002 Accord we are assured by Lynn Curley or Alicia P. Reed that it will be ready later that afternoon. Days turned into weeks and weeks into months and still I don't have my car. The Christian Radio station I listen to is still advertising for Aleet Transmission as well... maybe because of their donation. I know my God will turn this situation around for my good, but I am just telling you that I would never want anyone to go through what I have because it has been a living hell, just listening to excuse after excuse about one more problem they have encountered and that is why my car is not ready. Took my 95 Civic to Bill's Import Clinic last week after driving past it for years on my way to other places. I had transmission trouble, and I bought a replacement transmission and had it installed for so cheap I felt kind of bad for the place. Anyway, I took my car in on a Thursday and got it back on a Friday, and it's worked great ever since. I'll be taking my car back there from here on out. Great work, incredible prices, and everyone I dealt with was courteous and friendly.

I made the appointment, showed up to the place and no one was there... I waited thinking that they might have been running a bit late, then saw that there were no hours posted for Saturday. What a terrible waste of time.

This gets zero stars. First, they sell used tires that other reviews on google will tell you that the tires will blow after a day. I had 3 tires blow out onto the interstate and after less than a week had to pay to get firestone to look at them and tell me they were defective. This place will take your money and give you bad tires. The owner told my husband that it was his fault for buying used tires! This takes no accountability that they can sell a bad product while collecting a person's hard earned money! They took us for$160 and a week later I had to buy new ones elsewhere. My life was worth nothing to them(after3 different days of tires blowing on I-40). They have no refund policy and are crooks. Do yourself a favor and avoid these people!

Well car was supposed to be done last week. It's Tuesday the following week and still not done. Apparently did not even start on it until 5 days after the parts where in! They won't even pick up the phone, so mystery time and day to when I actually get my car back. Also tried to charge me over three times what I could get the parts for. So basically had to order my own parts, drop them off, so they could get it done two weeks later. It's been one headache after another. Finally get a hold of them and they are mad at me for checking on it. They are also saying they have no idea when its going to be done. Seriously? Save yourself a lot of time and frustration.

I had been given a quote to repair my rear window on my beetle convertible when the back window would not go up after raising the convertible top. The quote was over $1000 so I decided to get a second opinion. I took it to GPO for a diagnostic and was called a day later with a quote that was 1/2 of the first place. They were very professional and work was done in timely manner. I will definitely use them again.
