Charles the service manager is OUTSTANDING. My car would not start at... read more Charles the service manager is OUTSTANDING. My car would not start at my home. I had a jump from AAA. Later when I pulled my car out of the garage there appeared on my dash many symbols. I called Lexus and they told me it could be my altenator, traction, etc. not safe to drive and needs to be towed. I again called AAA and had my car towed to your facility which I had used before. Charles called me and said he charged my car and all symbols went off my dash and everything was fine. I have no car knowledge. I am my husbands' care giver.. We are both 86 yrs. old. Charles arranged to drop off my car and have another person and car from their facility drive back so that I did not have to drive anyone back to your facility. THIS IS MOST CARING AND GREAT SERVICE. I SO APPRECIATED ALL HE DID FOR ME DURING THIS TRYING TIME. If I had gone to Lexus who knows what they would have said was wrong with my car or the cost. THANK YOU VIRGINIA A. TALAC

Leaders, Doni and Jason, were excellent in explaining the pathway they were going to use to get Mercedes E350 repaired. I would not hesitate to use their services again.

AC cooling problem began with intermittent cooling- contacted grapevine Import Car Care and spoke with Donny. He turned us over to Jason and with COVID 19 contactless service, Jason did a great job! We were notified it was Honda’s infamous CRV clutch failure (a recall issued in 2012-13, but if it wasn’t failing, your vehicle didn’t qualify); Jason posted the diagnosis by email, called and discussed repair, answered questions, wanted our verbal affirmation to complete repair! We have a 2 yr warranty, and cold AC! Just in time-
