This place is definitely a 5 star rating from me. I called on a Saturday afternoon because of an incident I had on the highway where a piece of wood fell from a trailer and ripped up my transmission pans and caused a bad leak. Needed work done ASAP because I had an 8 hour road trip to return home 3 days later. The owner Eduardo picked up my phone call and came in on his free time to check my car out and fix it as soon as possible. It was ready to go in just 2 days. He was extremely friendly and professional. He took the time to update me on my car with the exact issues and costs. Very affordable. I highly recommend this shop. I could not be happier with the service these guys provided. I called them to fix a blown tire on my daughter car on the side of the highway. They had someone there in less than 20 minutes and did a great job. 5 stars for these nice guys.

Southwest Autowerks is the most honest, professional and reliable mechic shop in the DFW Metroppex. I highly recommend their services regardless the size of the job to anyone-especially BMW owners. They should be the first stop source for all mechanical needs but especially when you need a second opinion. I had my oil pan replaced 08-22-14 at C.A.R.S.-they were very professional and completed the job in a timely manner.I dropped the car off and they took me home and picked me up once the car was repaired. They are very service oriented and try to please each customer. I have used them in the past and would recommend them to my friends and anyone looking for a good auto repair shop.
