Just had some repairs done to my 2008 Ford Diesel. I was quoted over a 1000.00 at another shop for repairs that were not even needed. Service was completed, but 10 months later service lights were on again. I am having trouble right now with having the owner to make the necessary repairs to ensure the work is completed? I have been given the run around and still I have no vehicle. My trust in the facility as a single female has been shattered. I was hoping that I could trust a repair shop (individuals) to do what is right! I paid a fair price and I hoped for a completed repair.
