happy about the work this shop did. my bmw 328 had a bad head gasket, dealer told me it would take 3 days for the job to be done and my car sat there for 3 weeks finally took my car back, looked around for a a import shop in the area and found this place. my car was in&out in about 4 days. so far my car is running great! hope to continue with the good work thanks. My family has been coming to Brake-O for over 15 years. We've never had a bad experience with them, they are always honest, friendly, and knowledgeable. Prices are very fair and competitive. I don't know how many times I took my car in for a warranty check up at the dealership, was told something was wrong, took my car to Brake-O and they said nothing needed to be fixed. You aren't just a number to them, they really want to take care of their clients and remember your name, get to know you and have excellent service. I recommend them to everyone.

The service at Loeffler's is great as always. Josef and Joel are always top-notch and responsive to the care and feeding of my older 190E.

You are in good hands with Alex at Auto Hans. He is experienced and came highly recommended to me by other BMW owners. Alex was able to get me in immediately just before Closing recently even without an appointment to install a new battery so that I wouldn't be stranded in very cold weather. That's good service and greatly appreciated. Maintenance and Repairs are done properly and you WILL save money over the Dealership !

I have been using Adams Central Auto Care for about five years now. My previous mechanic started getting sloppy. I have had great experiences when using Adams Central. First off, let me give a thanks to Sabien and the rest of the staff at Standard Gear and Transmission! The service was awesome, and the results are incredible! Hopefully my experience will help others with the Cummins / G56 drivetrain. My throwout bearing was making noise for some time, and I continued to drive the truck, as it is my daily driver. Long story short, this destroyed my clutch fork, input shaft, and input bearing. I was on the fence for some time about doing away with the stock dual-mass flywheel and clutch. Sabien recommended a South Bend Clutch OFEK kit, and let me say, it is amazing! The engagement is similar to stock, but very positive. It does not grab, and shifts are silky smooth. The trans was refilled with 30 wt synchromesh, and it now runs smoother and quieter than I ever believed a G56 could. Pedal effort with the new hydraulics is so light that I nearly pushed the pedal through the floorboard when I started the truck for the first time. Gone are the truck's tendency to buck and jerk in reverse, and the noises from the factory clutch. I'm literally having to learn to drive the truck again, as it's manners and sounds are like new. Too often people are quick to write negative comments and the good things are never spoken about. I as a woman am always worried that I'm going to get the run around when I go to car shops because I'm not knowledgable about cars. I had gone to numerous shops and was so frustrated I didn't think I would ever get relief. But on my last try I called Action Auto, they helped me and fixed everything! They had the most positive attitude and answered all the millions of questions I had without hesitation. Within 45 minutes of being on the phone with them I was at the store and paying for my part. They honestly changed my whole day and experience with other auto part stores from a negative one to a great one! I'm almost glad I left the other places just so I could come here. They were an absolute pleasure. With service like this I will be back :)

Top notch organization. I recently purchased a used Volvo and I needed a mechanic shop that I could trust. I made several requests to about 10 different shops and this was the only one that responded in a timely manner and with a professionally written quote and a phone call. This was also the farthest from my home than the others I had send inquiries to. So based on the quick professional response and a couple of phone conversations that impressed me, I chose European Auto Tech. Arthur and Caesar were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and even had my car ready the next morning. Originally they said they may have it for a couple of days, so they were actually ahead of schedule. They did find a few things that needed immediate attention and they called me to see if I wanted to proceed and didn't add any extra labor charges onto the bill.
