HI I noticed that the McKinney location for DFW Dent Repair was under construction so I took my 2014 Honda Accord to their Lewisville location to get some recent hail damage repaired. These guys are great! They worked with my insurance company and made to process so easy. It's amazing how they work their "magic" and saw dents I didn't even realize where there. They answered all of my questions and are very "customer focused" They got my car in and out in a reasonable time and the coupon on their website helped me cover my deductible! I was so thrilled with how the Honda turned out, I just dropped off our Mercedes E350 for hail damage repairs! I've dealt with fly by night dent repair companies that pop up like weeds after a hail storm before. This is a brick and mortor location and this is all they do! I called and talked to Joe about installing the Amp Reseach power running boards. Joe told me to go ahead and bring the truck and boards in and he would look at them. Joe called and gave me the price and i told him to go ahead and install them. Justin installed them with no problem and had the vehicle ready to go the next day. Had a slight problem with one side but took it back down and Justin adjusted it and had me ready to go in a short time. Great work as always, would not trust my car with anyone else!! Mark C.

I wanted to wait a bit before posting a review just to be positive I was as pleased with the work as I initially thought, and by golly, I am! Due to Covid restrictions (I guess) my regular repair shop has been closed, and my car was making scary awful noises as I drove (never a good feeling). Car repairs are never easy for a single gal that knows absolutely zero about cars, especially when looking for a new mechanic (get ripped off much)! Anyway, I was given a recommendation by someone I barely knew to go to Jerry at Christian's Auto Repair, and man oh man, am I thrilled I acted on the recommendation! My car is older (2008), and it is driving like a brand new vehicle. I look down and I am going 85 mph (I never normally speed in my "beater" car), and the ride is as smooth and quiet as a new car! Thoroughly pleased with the kindness and professionalism I received at Christians on Dallas Road in Grapevine, and I will be return there going forward for maintenance and repairs. This company has been wonderful to me! They saved my bacon a couple times! Charles came out and help me the first time and discovered some major things wrong with a car I bought. I found out it was bad. I was able to turn it in and get another wonderful car. And Charles came out before I got the wonderful car and help me out again. The receptionists are great and friendly. Horrible by payingcustomer75851 on 06/10/2014 I paid Dave Exner a good deal of money to install a supercharger and it was not money well spent. The thermostat leaks and he will not come out and fix his mistake. He came out once to look at it and said oh yeah it does leak I'll be back and that's the last we've seen of Dave. He has answered a few phone calls and his excuse was "I can't come out today, I have paying jobs." That's terrible. He since then doesn't answer calls or return messages. I called from a different number and he answered but claimed he was sick once he found out who I was. Now Im left with a car I can't drive. Stay away from Dave.

i lost faith in Overseas Car Care, aka Overseas Service Haus, aka Overseas Service Auto Haus after having my car there for 3 months for a bad fuel pump. had it towed to another shop only to find out that they Overseas had removed about $2000 worth of perfectly good parts and threw them away. They refused to replace them. to give them 1 star makes me sick.

Tony and company really stand behind their work. They take pride in getting the job done right. Their prices beat the dealer and the competition hands down. They know what they're doing with BMW repairs and that's no mean feat. I wouldn't trust anyone else for my 2001 BMW 740iL repairs and service. FIVE stars!!!
