This is a DISHONEST shop. I had a misfire on one cylinder and they gave me a false diagnosis of a failed open injector - $273 to replace. It seemed like a reasonable diagnosis at the time and since I was about 300 miles from home I authorized the work. A few hours later I picked up my truck; the misfire was fixed so I paid the bill. When I got home I immediately noticed that they replaced the ignition coil (a job that should have cost under $100) but never touched the injector. The business owner adamantly insisted they replaced the injector but it was obvious to me that they did not, and an independent Nissan dealer also confirmed in writing that the injector had not been replaced. I eventually got my money refunded by filing a dispute with my credit card company. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LOOKING ELSEWHERE for vehicle service. There are plenty of honest shops out there, but this is certainly not one of them.

Bob Parra runs a well-managed and professional auto service. We have used them for years and each time they have performed beyond our expectations. From the time you come in to the time you pick up your vehicle, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They explain things at a level I can understand. They do not pressure us. They explain the facts and help us determine the best solution and timeline. Each time we bring in our vehicle, they give it a good inspection so we know we are driving a safe vehicle. It used to be hard to find a good car repair shop. I don't know if that is true for today because we have gone to Parra Car Care for so long. If you are looking for a top-notch shop that respects it's customers and tries very hard to please them then this is one of the best. They are great mechanics!

Found my new shop. Knowing they offer a shuttle service is a huge plus, but the service and fair price is what I'll come back for. My mechanic worked with me on my parts issues and I feel like I got a good price for quality installing shocks all around. Staff made it as painless as possible and truck drives like it did new. The work performed was satisfactory, owner/mechanic is obviously knowledgeable and has been in business for many years. Like most auto repair shops, they so often fail to show their cost of parts plus the mark up, which can be significant depending on brand and who the wholesaler is. In most cases auto repair shops will buy after market products instead of OEM, which allows them to mark up the parts a 100 to 150 percent plus labor. This lack of transparency can cost the customer a good deal of money over an above what is considered reasonable. First consult a auto parts store for pricing on parts needed, you'll find that the retail pricing will be less than what your paying the auto repair shop. In most cases auto repair labor charges will exceed the cost of parts by 70 to 300 percent, a wide disparity indeed.

took my 2008 f250 4x4 to bankston ford in burleson tx because seals where leaking on the front right side of my truck took them a week and half to fix it got it back on a thursday had to take it back two days later on saturday because the same seals they replaced where leaking they told me it wasn't there fault that it was metal shavings where one of my axles on front where in a bind and they said that my warranty was going to pay for it not them that was the service manager (paul)yelling at me and nit wanting to take blame for there screw up THEY ARE FULL OF CRAP THE ONLY THING THEY COULD BE GOOD AT IS CHANGING OIL BUT I WOULDN EVEN LET THEM DO THAT BECAUSE YOUR ENGINE MIGHT BLOW BECAUSE THEY FORGOT TO PUT DRAIN PLUG IN AND OMG THAT WOULD B YOUR FAULT NOT THERES CUZ THEY ARE SMARTER THAN YOU ........ BUT THEY ALL CAME FROM MICKEY D'SS NEXT DOOR FLIPPING BURGERS NOW THEY ARE SERVICE SPECIALIST AND HAVENT EVER TOUCHED A WRENCH DONT YOU WANT THEM WORKING ON YOUR CAR

As a woman, car repair can be intimidating and it's important to find a shop that I can trust. Kevin and Brian are some of the nicest guys! They are not necessarily the cheapest, but they are really reasonable and great to work with. They won't recommend work that doesn't need to be done. Before they had ever done any mechanical work for us, I had called because I had a flat tire. They came by, while I was gone, and aired up my tire. I came home and it was fixed! NO CHARGE!!! We keep our cars until they no longer work. One has over 150k and the other over 230k and B&M is helping us get every mile out of them! (They are hard to see from the road. Master Auto Tech is the best I took my BMW 750 in for low water level other shops said it would be 1000-1500 after they look at it, Antonio said to bring it and said 200.00 for the repairs. They were fast to complete.

These guys are the most honest mechanics I have ever encountered. When others wanted to charge me for frivolous work that did not need to be done, Conerstone was there for me and fixed everything right the first time. Their rates are very reasonable, and it is the only place I have used for the last 5 years. Great reputation!

Derrick rebuilt my Lexus RX 300 transmission last September and had it in and out of the shop in 24 hours...outstanding service. Derrick was able to find the parts for the transmission from around the area and kept us in constant communication throughout the process. I brought my transmission back for a check up a few months ago and no error codes were discovered. Will recommend Elite to friends and family!

I was ready to leave Loyd Park in Grand Prairie and the front air leveling system was leaking air and would not raise the motorhome. Not drivable. So, I called Quality RV repair who I've done business with before, but turn out they don't work on the Freightliner chassis. Seconds later she is giving me Tommy's name and number. I called it but got voicemail. It was getting late in the day. My family had already gone home, so I called and arranged for another night, thinking Tommy probably would not call back. But a short time later Tommy did call. Said he would be out soon. Soon was very soon as it turned out. You don't find service people like Tommy very often. He crawled under the bus and determined the valve needed to be replaced. He called several places and left with the bad valve as one place said the may have one. Turns out no, but Freightliner Dallas did and he put it in will call. I drove to Dallas and picked up the part that night. Tommy met me back at the campsite 7 ish the next morning and fixed it. Apparently this part had been partially bad for a long time. My Motorhome rides better, handles better, is much quitter and sets higher then before. When I park I can tell the volume of air being released is much greater than bofore. Can't say enough good about Tommy. He gave me a very reasonable rate for his labor as well. We need more Tommy's in the world. Ken

took my van back due to major oil leak..it was covered under their warranty, however they managed to find another problem that cost me additional 184..after having the vehicle for 3 days, drive vehicle home with oil light flashing.. so i take it back and now they want to charge me another 60 for diagnostics .. i was really hoping i found a honest mechanic that stood behind their work, guess i need to keep looking. they want to nickel and dime me due to the cost they had to eat for the warranty work.. Howard even told me it was a shame he had to eat the cost of this...
