My fan broke off into my radiator!! They sent a tow to pick up my vehicle and searched for the entire assembly kit and I had my vehicle in a week! The guys are respectful and courteous. They also have a salvage vehicle lot where you can pick your own used parts, making your repair cost you less! There are also customer vehicles for sale so you can shop for another vehicle! They replaced the timing chain in my Nissan Altima. They broke the chain oiler in the process. Completely destroyed the engine. Claimed it was somehow my fault. 2 months later, they finally replaced the engine with a used engine I had to pay for. Stay far away from these people. They also upcharge the parts they provide by a factor of 3.

Honest, quick, professional! Called them for an oil change and wheel alignment appointment and they were able to take my Toyota Prius immediately. They did an excellent job, pointed out some things that I should get fixed, and told me how much I should expect the service to cost. It's a no-brainer to return to them again in the future.

I tell all my friends and neighbors to go here. Paul is in the office and makes his staff look at your car immediately. It was first class service. He let me decide on replacing the part I needed that day but tried to persuade me to hold off til the next day so he could get me the better price. It was cheaper by half of the other 2 places I had taken my car to. San Antonio is full of bad mechanics so I am thrilled to finally find a great one.

I want to thank Chris for his professionalism and care while repairing my daughters BMW while away at college. Chris arranged to have her car picked up and taken to his shop where he diagnosed the problem and replaced her starter at a very reasonable charge. My daughter is not familiar with San Antonio and did not have a way to pick up her car. Chris, understanding of our situation, volunteered to drop it off to her after hours. I shopped several transmission repair shops and got many stories and prices without any of them really looking at my transmissions. Option Transmissions did a scan of the car with the snap-on modus scanner then they told me what was wrong and what it would take to fix it. They delivered what they promised and we are very happy with the results. They guarantee their work. I also liked the fact that the place was clean and well organized. Thanks John.

These guys did a fantastic job today on my car. I had a very irritating noise coming from somewhere in my suspension. I had replaced a few parts on my own, but was becoming increasingly frustrated. The guys at the shop, especially Jacob, really were committed to helping diagnose the problem, and ultimately solving the riddle that was the noise. Thanks again, gentlemen. This shop is the shop you definitely want to take your vehicle to. They were very friendly and quick. The cost to have my transmission rebuilt was not bad at all. Not only do I take my vehicles there but so does my family. Iv been a customer of theirs for over a year. My family and I refuse to take our vehicles anywhere else but to this shop. As far as the above review I have no idea what they are talking about.

So sorry to be writing this, as we LOVE Tim Duncan, but he needs to know the shoddy details of his shop! My daughter paid for striping to be done on her car in May of 2015. The striping was wrinkled and looked bad after a couple months. My daughter called REPEATEDLY to request a time for the striping to be redone. She was told by "MIKE K." time & time again, to call back, because his "installer" had to match the stripe and he did not know what color it was, even though it was only a few months prior. My daughter was told repeatedly that she would have to WAIT for the installer to fit her into HIS schedule. EIGHT MONTHS later, when NO phone calls were being returned, we finally get a hold of "MIKE" again. He stated there would be a COST for the installer's time, for redoing the bad striping, even though we had a "5 Year" warranty, which we actually had to REQUEST in writing on the day of the install. VERY BAD SERVICE and RUDE People would take our calls and give no information, except to say, call back another time. Finally, after contacting "MIKE" and told him we have limited time between jobs to juggle transportation, my daughter left her car at their lot for a week, while on a business trip. "MIKE" forgot where he told her to put the keys to her car and seemed confused when we called. It is my guess they do this kind of thing very often! Finally, the installer got the job done, but they hardly acknowledged us at the front desk, and just drove her car to the front, so much as to say, here is your car, don't let the door hit you on the way out! We left without so much as a hello or goodbye! Thankfully, they did not request that we pay a cost for the installer's time, because they would be HARD PRESSED for that! Would NEVER go through those hoops again or do business with them again!

If you are ready to hand over your money to inexperience mechanics that do damage to our truck and a owner who doesn't return your calls then this is the place to go!! Do your research visit all the reviews there is a reason why this place is always switching management! This place gets an F on the BBB website!!

I went to change my wheel bearing out and the man at the register in the servicing area for automobiles was telling me to get an aligment. Im like WTF??? BTW I know my way around a engine i just didnt have a jack or a stand to lift the car and do it myself. They ALWAYS try to sell or OVERPRICEA the service you need!
