As a woman, car repair can be intimidating and it's important to find a shop that I can trust. Kevin and Brian are some of the nicest guys! They are not necessarily the cheapest, but they are really reasonable and great to work with. They won't recommend work that doesn't need to be done. Before they had ever done any mechanical work for us, I had called because I had a flat tire. They came by, while I was gone, and aired up my tire. I came home and it was fixed! NO CHARGE!!! We keep our cars until they no longer work. One has over 150k and the other over 230k and B&M is helping us get every mile out of them! (They are hard to see from the road. I took my car in to get realigned at about 8 am, and was told it would be about two hours. I was the first and only customer at the time. I came back around 11 am to see if it was almost finished, and they told me it was just getting taken into the bay after seeing another truck being pulled out. I finally get a call at 1:02 pm to let me know they have STARTED working on my car, but they needed to file something down on my car in order to realign it, and that it would be two hours of labor. I decide to just pick it up instead, and when I arrived they charged me $20 just to jack it up claiming they had done some work on it already, and, "their time is valuable." Apparently my time isn't, to them. They also let me know that if I wanted to bring it back to finish the job, it would be around $245... of course, they would knock off the $20 I had just paid. The mechanic tried to explain to me the work I was paying for, but was mostly incoherent and seemed to be drunk or smacked out. He also made my car stink like corse body odor, and tobacco. I do not recommend this establishment for, or to, anyone.

I have a Porsche 911 turbo transmission that has a known defect. Porsche does not warrant the problem an according to them there is no fix. Their guidelines are to replace the transmission. 18,000 dollars. I found Joe and eurofix on a Porsche forum where another owner had his transmission fixed by them. I called Joe and he said he could repair my car. It is not easy to transport a car to mechanic 700 miles away but Joe's confidence and professionalism put me at ease. I just had my BMW 750LI taken for diagnosis to Bimmer Repair. Its owner Jose is a young guy but very honest - which is a rare to find quality in auto repair work. My car was giving me a transmission failure message - he checked it , cleared all faults , and found nothing wrong with the system . Thoguh the car is still under monitoring to see if the issue comes back - Jose's upfront honesty is what touched me. I wish his great success in his newly started venture and he has got a customer in me for life!

We all know how expensive service and maintenance fees can be at a dealership, that's why I recommend Bimmers Only. I took my 6 Series Convertible to them for a diagnostic test. I wanted peace of mind knowing that everything was functioning properly with my car as well as my car had no mobility kit. Not only did they check my car for me at no cost, but they also got a mobility kit (the right one that goes tucked away) for my car. The other thing that really stood out for me is that they know BMW's inside out and are very experienced and knowledgeable about them. So, if you need work done on your BMW, I highly recommend Bimmers Only. Ask for Freddy...he will take care of you!

Dave and the guys there always service all of my 6 vehicles from new daily vehicles to several classic muscle cars. They are honest, locally owned and fair priced. There is a one star rating on here that references a completely different shop so ignore the rating for Dallas Car Care, but read it to know where not to go. THESE GUYS ARE HARD TO BEAT. 100% recommend them.

My car was shaking terribly and firestone quoted me like $1200 for "engine repair". I took it to Manny at us auto and they pretty quickly saw that a vaccum line was out and fixed it in like 15 minutes. He didn't even charge me. He could have taken advantage of me but he didn't. Straight up honest.

These people are scum. They are dishonest. They regularly post ads on craigslist lying about 'free towing' with repairs. I was charged twice for towing, even with a $2700 invoice! What they DON'T mention in these ads are the hidden fees, how they will TAKE YOUR TITLE and hold it as a ransom so that you'll either be forced to pay their high prices(including issues that they 'magically find' later, so that they can charge you more), or you'll lose your care. The idiots that work there...they will lie to you right in your face. They are rude and use bully tactics to scare customers. Their communication is poor, I always had to call them to see if my then car was fixed. Once I called and the 'finance agent' made up a lie saying my car wasn't ready because it was being 'test driven'. When I finally got the car after being 'fixed' and it died 10 minutes later, she said the car was never test driven, they simply got the car to start...who does that? The owner avoided me and my calls after that, leaving me to deal with his meathead tow guy/mechanic who was just as bad, assuring me that he'd work with me if I took down my negative bbb review and/or admit the problem was on my end...which I foolishly did even though I knew this place was full of it. I asked if my car was good, he assured me it was, only for me to pay $416 the next day and as soon as I got in the car, I saw a check light and the gas gauge(which they refused to fix, despite initially saying everything was good with the car!) didn't work, leaving me to guess how much gas was in the car! I was charged a bogus $95 diagnostic, when I asked why the car still has a check light and why the battery light came on when it stopped the tow guy/'mechanic' told me he didn't know what caused it..how can you charge people for something you don't know how to fix? Read the reviews, ALL of them are negative. The only 'positive' reviews this ripoff place has are on are google, and they're obviously 5 star fake ones that read like an advertisement instead of being from an actual person. These people aren't honest, they actually had the nerve to flag my facebook review...as if they haven't messed me over already. Speaking of facebook, like how they post fake positive reviews on google, the people that like their facebook page actually work there! Too gutless to admit their own mistakes, lying on me when they finally gave me an invoice(that's AFTER I paid $900 and gave them my title!) saying I 'refused' mechanical repairs, lie after lie(they all lie), inflated prices, the owner told me over the phone and in person several times that specific issues with the car would be fixed, but he did nothing. What they tell you and what they actually do are 2 different things. They give you verbal commitments, while they'll lie on you on paper to protect themselves. This is why if you don't know about cars, you don't go to a place like this period, especially on your own, because they aren't honest. The awful tow guy that took my car had the nerve to ask me to bring him the key. DO NOT GO HERE. YOU WILL BE WALKING! Save your hard earned money and get a car with a warranty, take a bus...just don't go here.

-WARNING- April 22, 2021 The day I made a huge mistake and brought my 2003 50th anniversary edition C5 to Marvette Automotive Services for reliability upgrades. Richardo has not kept his word to me several times and is a master of excuses. A 17 month long nightmare so far. They even damaged my paint job!
