This shop is small, but they were very professional. I was told from the dealer i had several oil leaks and it would cost 2,300 dollars to fix my BMW. I heard about hi tech from a friend and they took care of me. They offered to clean off the oil first, and run the engine to verify if i had more than one leak. I didn't! It turns out i had one leak and they fixed it for less than half that. They were honest and up front about everything they told me. There are alot of rip off shops out there. "the engines are doing perfect, i went to sea with the boat yesterday for a few hours to run the engines in a bit and get some hours running in time and had no problems, the engines used not one drop of oil or antifreeze and they are purring like a pair of very big cats. The owner of the boat is very pleased. Ive included a couple of photos but i must do a bit of work on the paint job, my dirty hand prints everywere. But the most important thing is that they start first time every time and they run beter than new. Please show this email to the engineer that put the lumps together for me and express my thanks for his hard work and precision engineering. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO GET A WINDOW REPLACED HERE... They did a horrible job to my girlfriend's windshield and now she has a destroyed, mildew smelling carpet under her front seat. THEY THEY DID A QUICK JOB AND WERE CARELESS and now we have to pay the price for their poor standard of service. Rose, the front secretary, was quick to point out that they have a liability clause on their wall which states that THEY AREN'T LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE THEY DO TO A CUSTOMER'S VEHICLE. I've never seen such poor customer service and I've never been dealt this way by a mechanic before. Do yourself a favor... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Horrible Service. These boys don't know what there doing. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE. They took my money but did not provide the service stated on the invoice. Had to get new brakes and rotors within 3 months of them putting new brakes and Rotors on, really really!!! Better Business Bureau gives this Meineke location an "F" rating . Sad but true they are not to be trusted. This business is not BBB accredited.

11-18 -19 My car over heated. Stan, who is a lair and a cheat, told me it was a thermostat. So I greed to have them fix it. Then Stan called claiming the water pump was bad and it is easier to replace the timing belt at this time so I agreed. While they changed the timing belt they mistimed the engine and destroyed it. They bought a replacement engine a “ salvaged” long block. No telling how many mile is on it! I asked that they put the parts I paid for on the salvaged engine. Almost ONE month later, 12-16-19 after repeated calls made by me I was able to pick up my car. I presented the rental car bill and Stan, who is a lair and a cheat said the owner will send me a check, but my car broke after 10 minutes of driving. They tried to claimed it was the exhaust not the engine but eventually cleared the problem. I asked Stan who is a lair and a cheat, if the new parts are on my car and he said no, but I’m going to warranty it for 3yrs 36k miles prorated. Next morning the engine light came on so I took it to the dealer it was there for 3 days while repairing the wiring and sensors that weren’t wired correctly and install missing bolts on the engine! To date my car has still overheated 2X I have exhaust fumes in the cab and most importantly I have not been reimbursed for the rental car and don’t have the parts I paid for.

Please listen to these customer. Steve Welch is a CROOK.... HE IS RUDE AND HIS SHOP IS NASTY. He needs to be put out of business. Steve quote you a phone prive to get your car and then up the price by thousands. And I mean Thousands. He only takes CASH. He had my car since 2/2012 AND I PAID HIM IN FULL AND MY CAR STILL DON'T WORK. He refuse to repair the car correctly to work. He claims to rebuilt motor that's bull why my car don't WORK? He took my battery out my car put it on flat and refuse to give me my keys and then call the police after I paid him in full. The police grant me my car with out paying any extra charges. THE AR STILL DON'T WORK!!! Pls run THE OTHER WAY. STEVE , I'LL SEE YOU IN COURT.

Horrible business! Very Rude and wont help! Never going there again! According to them there is no owner and no manager and anybody runs the business. Rude and yell at you... Not helpful at all!
