major tune-up, oil change, brakes, valve cover, oil pan gasket, transmission flush
Thank you all Roy, Chewy & Staff Worker I can always depend on you guys to get my 91 Grand Marquis back on it's tires lol. You allow me to bring in my own part & just charge for labor on must jobs you do for me. Thank You So Much , THERESA

Brakes/ timing belt
I needed to replace my brake, Roys was recomended to me by a coworker. I took my 2001 toyota camry in to the shop and the staff (Chuy, Roy) was very helpfull the work and price was resonable, they also inspected my car for any other problems and found a timing belt that was going bad and soon would have to be replaced. i had them replaced the timing belt and haven't had a problem with my car. I now take my car in for regular matinees and know its in good hands. Thanks guys.

after taking my 2008 ford 500 to (2) different shops and getting 2 different diagnoses & out the roof estimates my coworker referred me to Roys automotive. They found the problem in just a few minutes and charged me so cheap. i cant remember the last time i had such great customer service. Thank you guys. I will difinitely return for all my car needs !!!!!!!!

BRAKE JOB, COOLING FAN,HOOD REPLACEMENT,AND WINDSHIELD REPLACEMENT.
BRAKE JOB FAILED. MY DAUGHTER AND I WERE EXITING THE FREEWAY, AND THE WHEELS LOCKED UP BECAUAE THE CALIPERS WERE NOT PROPERLY INSALLED. THERE WERE NO BOLTS HOLDING THE CALIPERS IN PLACE. I HAD TO PAY FOR TOWING TO THE CLOSEST HOTEL, FIND A MECHANIC TO FIX THE BRAKES PROPERLY. I TALKED TO CHUY, WHO WAS SUPPOSED HAVE ROY CALL ME AFTER I LEFT MY RECEIPTS FROM THE BRAKE JOB, AND TOW TRUCK, AND HOTEL. I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL OR REFUND FROM ROY. CHUY NEVER CALLED BACK. I HAD TO CHASE HUM DOWN. I ALSO HAD A PROBLWM WITH MY CAR OVERHEATING, SO I DECIDED TO LET ROYS DO THE WORK, SO I CPULD GET THE WORK DOBE FOR FREE OR AT A DISCOUNT AND CALL IT EVEN FOR THE POOR BRAKE JOB. THEY REPLACED TGE COOLING FAN. THE FAN WAS SUPPOSED TO COME ON SO THE CAR WOULD NOR OVERHEAT, BUT FAN DID NOT EVEN COME ON. THE CAR WAS RUNNING SO HOT, IT WAS SMOKING UNCONTROLLABLE. I TOOK THE CAR BAVK ON THURSDAY, ITS SATURDAY, AND I HAVEN'T HEARD FROM ROY'S AUTOMOTIVE!
