I have had Service There for my Vehicle. I brought in in for the Initial repairs. i had to inturn, bring the Vehicle back for the same issue, mind you there is Warranty on the Work. Now I am back for the Third time and the Auto Mechanic is refusing to re-work it. Again, there is a 2 yr warranty in hand. A warranty is a contract that commits the Auto shop/mechanic, to stand behind the product and service . and He( Daryl) is refusing. I would tell anyone , If a shop provides a warranty, that means that if any thing goes wrong within that time frame the Shop is to honor. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE THERE TO BE WORKED ON . THE RECEPIONist seems very uneducated and RUDE, I was refused the option of speaking to the owner- rather The owner refused to speak with me. I think all of this could have been resolved.

Went for powersteering, said hoses not pump after changing hoses said it was the pump and timing he quoted price 467. 00 charge me 648.00 rode it didn't make it home it cut off on me. As a woman, car repair can be intimidating and it's important to find a shop that I can trust. Kevin and Brian are some of the nicest guys! They are not necessarily the cheapest, but they are really reasonable and great to work with. They won't recommend work that doesn't need to be done. Before they had ever done any mechanical work for us, I had called because I had a flat tire. They came by, while I was gone, and aired up my tire. I came home and it was fixed! NO CHARGE!!! We keep our cars until they no longer work. One has over 150k and the other over 230k and B&M is helping us get every mile out of them! (They are hard to see from the road. When I originally called to have my truck's transmission repaired i was informed that the full overhaul would include a 3 yr/36,000 mile warranty that was good nationwide. Now, 10 weeks after the transmission was rebuilt it failed again. I am in a different state and wish to have my transmission repaired by a local shop. The original repair shop refuses to cover any repairs from any other shop. They insist that I return the truck to them for repairs. Being 1100 miles away, this is not feasible.
