I have had Service There for my Vehicle.   I brought in in for the Initial repairs.  i had to inturn, bring the Vehicle back for the same issue, mind you there is Warranty on the Work.  Now I am back for the Third time and the  Auto Mechanic is refusing to  re-work  it.  

Again, there  is a 2 yr warranty in hand. A warranty is a contract that commits the Auto shop/mechanic, to stand behind the product and service .  and He( Daryl) is refusing.  I would tell anyone ,  If a shop  provides a warranty, that means that if any thing goes wrong  within that time frame the Shop is to  honor. 

 DO NOT BRING  YOUR VEHICLE THERE TO BE WORKED ON .  THE RECEPIONist seems very uneducated and  RUDE,   I was refused the option of speaking to the owner- rather The owner refused to speak  with me.  I think all of this could have been resolved.
