Brake repair service near Denny, TX

I have been coming to this location for nearly 5 years and have seen the changes that have taken place with the staff and management. Recently, I took my husband's 2010 Chevy Silverado in to get a rebuilt engine and had to bring in my 2012 Chevy Malibu at the same time for a new engine, this was completely unexpected and frustrating, yet Thomas ( manager) made our experience well worth our time and money. Thomas went above and beyond for us. He is/ was honest, straightforward, dedicated to making us happy, and you know he loves what he does for a living. I have had prepaid service on my Mini Countryman S so I only had that experience. After that plan ended, the first time I took my car for service because the engine was kind of sputtering, I received a diagnostic that I had to change my spark plugs and a couple of other minor adjustments and they gave me such an outrageous quote that even the Mini serviceman was surprised! Fortunately I found Uptown Motorwerks and made the drive there. Wow, what a relief. Not only were they very fast and courteous, they helped me decide what would be better to do asap, what could wait. I left them my car and had a guy from their shop drive me back to my house (not a short drive). My car was ready the very next day and a great price and has been running perfectly after that. I cannot recommend them enough.
