Before you go near this place, Google Bedford Just Brakes Complaints. Simple brake job cost my wife more than 1000 dollars because she was naive. This is the best car place EVER! I can usually drive right in and get my car services. I've been taking my cars to Northrich Automotive for almost 5 years now. The most recent time my car was up for replacing timing belt and water pump. I was dealing with Todd. He is a nice guy, very respectfull and he also answered all of my questions I've had about this service. Since my office was located few miles away, one of their employees took me to work. My car was ready by the time I got off work. No surprises. Payed as much as we agreed.
