Mazda service near Denton, TX

Nick Adler as the general manager is excellent. He personally greeted me, listened to my concerns and then performed the checks. He recommended service and offered excellent prices. While my car was being worked on they even gave me a ride home (2 miles away). I had just visited another oil change place and they treated me rudely and with no respect. They did not use my coupon, check on an oil leak, or even offer suggestions besides visit a shop. Kwik Kar will be my new place for service for both my cars. I would highly recommend everyone to go there. They provide excellent customer services and care about the customer experience.

I got a rock chip on my front window about the size of a dime. I call 1st Class Auto Glass because they were one of the first sites to pop up when searching on the web. When the guy arrived at my house he was with a different company. After he repaired my window I raised the concern that it still looked the same as before he started. He said not to worry, guaranteed it was fixed and said they would replace the window if the crack spread from this chip. The next day I called back 1st Class Auto Glass to let them know my concern and ask for a receipt from them instead of this other company. I also find out that they contracted out the work to this guy without letting my know. Two days later the crack spread across my window beyond repair. When I called back 1st Class Auto Glass he said they never warranty the window and could only give me the original $70 toward the price of a new window if I have them do the work. I asked why they do not warranty their work when It was clearly not completed correctly. He told me I didn't know what I was talking about, they will not pay for anything and hung up the phone. I have never dealt with a more rude individual on the phone. If you are looking to get a crack fixed look to a more reputable company, I wish I would have. Now I will need to pay nearly $1000 to get my window replaced! There is no recourse for a bad repair on their part. If the window breaks they either keep the money from the chip repair or you have to use them to replace the window. Either way they win and you lose!! DO NOT use 1st Class Auto Glass. Horrible service, horrible treatment, horrible company.

Before you go near this place, Google Bedford Just Brakes Complaints. Simple brake job cost my wife more than 1000 dollars because she was naive. Some things they did had nothing at all to do with the brake system. I promise to spend every evening for the next week posting this as many places as I can. I hope it saves you money.

This is the best car place EVER! I can usually drive right in and get my car services. They always give me honest and fair advice; their prices are great; and they even helped me when I had to see my car. I will NEVER use anyone else but them. Jeff and Michael are the best. I have been using Adams Central Auto Care for about five years now. My previous mechanic started getting sloppy. I have had great experiences when using Adams Central. My new car which was purchased from Town North Mazda and only has 7000 miles on it has a bald tire from a pull to the right both of which I am told are normal. I picked up the car 3 days later and my clutch was burned up. I had it towed back immediately and they stated they did nothing to my car. The cars clutch was fine when we dropped it off. I have left messages with the GM and no response as well as Mazda USA. I would definetly not recommend this dealership or service department.

Top notch organization. I recently purchased a used Volvo and I needed a mechanic shop that I could trust. I made several requests to about 10 different shops and this was the only one that responded in a timely manner and with a professionally written quote and a phone call. This was also the farthest from my home than the others I had send inquiries to. So based on the quick professional response and a couple of phone conversations that impressed me, I chose European Auto Tech. Arthur and Caesar were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and even had my car ready the next morning. Originally they said they may have it for a couple of days, so they were actually ahead of schedule. They did find a few things that needed immediate attention and they called me to see if I wanted to proceed and didn't add any extra labor charges onto the bill.
