This is my first experience with Japanese Auto Repair. What a great find! These guys really know what they are doing. Had a check engine light on my 2016 Prius come on. Upon arrival at their shop, the first thing I noticed was that David, the owner, had all of his training certifications and credentials for Toyota up on the wall which gave me a high level of comfort. I also got a real feeling of trust when dealing with Tony who took care of me. These guys are honest and take the time to explain the issues. Their pricing was also very fair. I have never experienced this kind of unprofessionalism from a company. If you are a minority, beware! I own a Lexus and requested synthetic oil(oil changes are only needed every 5,000 miles when synthetic oil is used) however, the attendant insisted I was missed informed and oil changes would be required every 3,000 miles. His tone was very arrogant and matter of fact. As I approached the front desk to inquire further and request the attendants name (latter discovered his name is Chad) "Bubba J" who I suspect to be the manager or owner, asked "How may I help you"? I responded: What is the guy's name in the red shirt? He again asked ( as if he didn't hear me..in a very authoritative tone) "How may I help you"? I again asked: What is the guy's name in the red shirt? He (Bubba J) very rudely replied " GET YOUR FAT N***** A** off my property"!

There were a few problems in getting the job completed this time, which has not happen in the past. However, the car is running fine at this time.
