I'm a very busy working Mom with a son that plays sports so one thing I can appreciate is the valet service that DFW Storm Solutions offers. They came to my work and brought me the rental car and took my car to be fixed. They even brought the car back to me when it was done!! First off, let me give a thanks to Sabien and the rest of the staff at Standard Gear and Transmission! The service was awesome, and the results are incredible! Hopefully my experience will help others with the Cummins / G56 drivetrain. My throwout bearing was making noise for some time, and I continued to drive the truck, as it is my daily driver. Long story short, this destroyed my clutch fork, input shaft, and input bearing. I was on the fence for some time about doing away with the stock dual-mass flywheel and clutch. Sabien recommended a South Bend Clutch OFEK kit, and let me say, it is amazing! The engagement is similar to stock, but very positive. It does not grab, and shifts are silky smooth. The trans was refilled with 30 wt synchromesh, and it now runs smoother and quieter than I ever believed a G56 could. Pedal effort with the new hydraulics is so light that I nearly pushed the pedal through the floorboard when I started the truck for the first time. Gone are the truck's tendency to buck and jerk in reverse, and the noises from the factory clutch. I'm literally having to learn to drive the truck again, as it's manners and sounds are like new. My car was broken down and I called Teaberry Enterprises the chief mechanic and principal owner is Scott. I was very much impressed with the service that I received this is a knowledgeable mechanic and an honest one. I highly recommend this mechanic to anyone who has any car problems
