Nick Adler as the general manager is excellent. He personally greeted me, listened to my concerns and then performed the checks. He recommended service and offered excellent prices. While my car was being worked on they even gave me a ride home (2 miles away). I had just visited another oil change place and they treated me rudely and with no respect. They did not use my coupon, check on an oil leak, or even offer suggestions besides visit a shop. Kwik Kar will be my new place for service for both my cars. I would highly recommend everyone to go there. They provide excellent customer services and care about the customer experience.

happy about the work this shop did. my bmw 328 had a bad head gasket, dealer told me it would take 3 days for the job to be done and my car sat there for 3 weeks finally took my car back, looked around for a a import shop in the area and found this place. my car was in&out in about 4 days. so far my car is running great! hope to continue with the good work thanks. I have taken both cars on a couple of occasions. They are great at the complicated issues. The cars are getting older and are starting to have issues. Alex was able to get me in immediately just before Closing recently even without an appointment to install a new battery so that I wouldn't be stranded in very cold weather. Scott & the rest of the employees at this shop give excellent service. I had to get my front brakes done a month or 2 ago & they were able to provide an affordable price for me to get them done as well as have the work done while I was at work in about an hour's time. Not only was it done conveniently fast, it was done right. Then about 2 weeks ago my car was vandalized leaving both of my passenger side windows shattered. Again I had the repairs done at FT Auto & not only saved myself some struggle as well as money on the glass replacement but also recieved the same great timely service again. Pravin is the owner. He will work with you to discover the problem and then propose a solution. My car had an ignition problem and after taking it to one shop where they told me they couldn't fix it, I took it to Mom's and they fixed it. Very professional operation.

After a year of problems with my car, Golden Rule in 24hrs had it diagnosed and repaired. I would highly recommend especially to single female car owners. For once I had repair done and didn't have to take back because something not done correct or another issue was now present. They are the Best!

I have a Porsche 911 turbo transmission that has a known defect. Porsche does not warrant the problem an according to them there is no fix. Their guidelines are to replace the transmission. 18,000 dollars. I found Joe and eurofix on a Porsche forum where another owner had his transmission fixed by them. I called Joe and he said he could repair my car. It is not easy to transport a car to mechanic 700 miles away but Joe's confidence and professionalism put me at ease. I just had my BMW 750LI taken for diagnosis to Bimmer Repair. Its owner Jose is a young guy but very honest - which is a rare to find quality in auto repair work. My car was giving me a transmission failure message - he checked it , cleared all faults , and found nothing wrong with the system . Thoguh the car is still under monitoring to see if the issue comes back - Jose's upfront honesty is what touched me. I wish his great success in his newly started venture and he has got a customer in me for life!

Dave and the guys there always service all of my 6 vehicles from new daily vehicles to several classic muscle cars. They are honest, locally owned and fair priced. There is a one star rating on here that references a completely different shop so ignore the rating for Dallas Car Care, but read it to know where not to go. THESE GUYS ARE HARD TO BEAT. 100% recommend them.

My car was shaking terribly and firestone quoted me like $1200 for "engine repair". I took it to Manny at us auto and they pretty quickly saw that a vaccum line was out and fixed it in like 15 minutes. He didn't even charge me. He could have taken advantage of me but he didn't. Straight up honest.
