Very good service with great employees. I went there and usually had bad experience because of Carlos but I went last month and they told me they had new management!

I had my car towed in because it wouldn't start. They had me out the next day and worked with my warranty company.

Went in for a simple oil change. Waited for almost 2 hours and finally had enough and went out to see what the problem was and my truck was leaning off of the rack from being careless. Then after getting that straitened out I finally get ready to leave and realize my tires weren't even rotated. Horrible employees, sucky service, careless and unacceptable. I WONT BE BACK AND SUGGEST NO ONE ELSE GOES.

Tony and company really stand behind their work. They take pride in getting the job done right. Their prices beat the dealer and the competition hands down. They know what they're doing with BMW repairs and that's no mean feat. I wouldn't trust anyone else for my 2001 BMW 740iL repairs and service. FIVE stars!!!

This company does not deserve any stars. I came for a tire change after a flat. I drive a Jeep so the spare is in the cargo area. They fix my tire for $50 (ridiculous), and I leave unsuspecting of anything. I go to get some things out the back when the weekend comes a couple of days later, and I realize not only are all my brake lights broken but by door handle is broken as well and my door won't open. Someone let my back door slam shut because it does not have a holding hinge arm. I go the shop to confront them, and these guy ridicule me and the owner laughs at me because I am upset about my car. They then leave me outside and close the garage doors in my face. I hope they go out of business. My jeep is older but always very reliable, but I guess this gives them an excuse to disrespect me and my vehicle. I am repulsed, and I promise with the money I save using my jeep will be used to sue them for their negligence.

I have been using Adams Central Auto Care for about five years now. My previous mechanic started getting sloppy. I have had great experiences when using Adams Central. They have been wrestling with the front end of my old truck for 6 months for a $69 alignment, due to damage to a bolt that was NOT their fault. Never been less than courteous, I am about to pay them for another alignment *(don't do lifetime, on this truck I'll bet they are glad) and take my truck back in, I hit a curb in Arlington. They are helping me find a RARE replacement bolt that is long enough to hold a proper alignment. I bought 4 tires from them in May because I felt like I owed them the sale, tires are great. I do my own oil changes, and just use NTB for tires and alignment.

Scott & the rest of the employees at this shop give excellent service. I had to get my front brakes done a month or 2 ago & they were able to provide an affordable price for me to get them done as well as have the work done while I was at work in about an hour's time. Not only was it done conveniently fast, it was done right. Then about 2 weeks ago my car was vandalized leaving both of my passenger side windows shattered. Again I had the repairs done at FT Auto & not only saved myself some struggle as well as money on the glass replacement but also recieved the same great timely service again. If there are any repairs you are needing done to your car- the right & affordable way- then look no further.

This place is horrible went there for two used tires for a small trailer and they ended up putting Cracked and out of date tires on the wheels then after he told me 25 each then charged me 35 each on my card very sketchy little tire shop remember amigos the law states you can't sale a used tire older than 5 years old I will make sure I pass this along

I came here due to the good comments on the google sites. But they are simply AWEFUL!!! They replaced two rear tires and removed the nail on the left front; however, they didn't put the valve caps back on all those 3. They put in the different tire that they showed earlier. The guy also said i won't find any better deal than him, 4 tires for 290. I agreed the price's pretty good. But becareful, those tires are made in China. Hello, they are HIFLY for which i never heard of. I google that brand, but not so many sites or reviews on them. SO BEWARE OF THESE YOUNG GUYS RUNNING THIS SHOP!!!
