Alignment 1975 chevy truck
They have been wrestling with the front end of my old truck for 6 months for a $69 alignment, due to damage to a bolt that was NOT their fault. Never been less than courteous, I am about to pay them for another alignment *(don't do lifetime, on this truck I'll bet they are glad) and take my truck back in, I hit a curb in Arlington. They are helping me find a RARE replacement bolt that is long enough to hold a proper alignment. I bought 4 tires from them in May because I felt like I owed them the sale, tires are great. I do my own oil changes, and just use NTB for tires and alignment.

oil change
My doughter take his VW Jetta 2007 106,000 miles for Oil Change May 19 2012, Robert say this car need syntetic oil the price for the service $33.00 she have Oil change cupon $19.00 Robert say this no aply becuse is diferent oil whe my doughter tell me this I (Alex Floreschapa) call ROBERT an let him know this car never use syntetic oil and is 106,000 miles and I just want the regular oil change $19.00 special he say Ok I make note ,this is 11.00am when I go to pickup the car 6.45pm they charge $33.00 and do the syntetic oil change ROBERT is there and he say the work order is syntetic oil he have terrible attitud ,when I drive the car I see when change the oil never reset the gage on the car I back and ask about that and ROBERT again say we do but the car have another problems (he want charge more for scan)I reset myself and is no another problems ,we have 5 cars we leve in Burleson for 25 years and with this attitud is the last time we do business with you ,my Phone # 214-534-6043 ,thank you for your previus business ,you have good employes,but no ROBERT TERRIBLE A COSTUMER IS THE MORE IMPORTANT ASPECT OF OUR BUSUNESS HE IS NOT DEPENDENTON US.WEARE DEPENDENT ON HIM HE IS THE PURPUSEOF IT .HE IS NOT OUTSIDERIN OUR BUSINESS. DO NOT trust this place. I dropped my car off to have the brakes looked at. They called me back and told me what "needed" to be done. They said that the front and back pads AND rotors needed to be replaced. Quoting me $670 to have it done. That was with the back brakes being under warranty. I thought that it sounded way too expensive so I took it to a different shop. The second place told me that only the back pads and rotors needed to be replaced. These people try to scam me out of over $400. I will NEVER go back there. NEVER.
