Like most auto repair shops, they so often fail to show their cost of parts plus the mark up, which can be significant depending on brand and who the wholesaler is. In most cases auto repair shops will buy after market products instead of OEM, which allows them to mark up the parts a 100 to 150 percent plus labor. This lack of transparency can cost the customer a good deal of money over an above what is considered reasonable. First consult a auto parts store for pricing on parts needed, you'll find that the retail pricing will be less than what your paying the auto repair shop. In most cases auto repair labor charges will exceed the cost of parts by 70 to 300 percent, a wide disparity indeed.

Got online and was looking at his motorcycles and talk to his salesman (Ryan)I think was his name. Emailed every thing that they ask for as far as paperwork and verification to get approved. I had a 2004 honda v_t_x 1300 retro with 19,000 miles on it as a trade in. The salesman told me that everything looked fine so I loaded up my motorcycle on a trailer drove an hour and a half almost 2 hours to his lot. By the way I live in southern Oklahoma. Got down there let him (Josh)(Owner) look at my motorcycle he said he liked it and it was very nice and then when they started looking at my paperwork again out of the blue said I'm sorry I cannot help you because you live in Oklahoma and rent your house and do not own it. Josh was very rude talking to me I explained to him that I had previously owned my house and had moved to a different area to be closer to my wife's family because her father was very sick and we could only find a rent house at the time we moved. Lived in this rent house a year and 9 months by this time. Had plenty of good paperwork as far as renting history which by the way my landlord is an attorney and even wrote a letter with his letterhead on it. But he decided I was not good enough for some reason to buy 1 of his motorcycles so I wasted a whole day borrowing a trailer from a friend and about 60 dollars in gas back and forth for nothing. I had already been told on the phone that everything looks good and come on down. I think that they are a bunch of scam artists and crooks. I also think that they profile who they want to let buy a motorcycle and who they don't. It has nothing to do with if you are qualified or not because I had plenty of good qualifications. I would never buy one single thing from them if it was the cheapest motorcycle on the planet.
