I have had prepaid service on my Mini Countryman S so I only had that experience. After that plan ended, the first time I took my car for service because the engine was kind of sputtering, I received a diagnostic that I had to change my spark plugs and a couple of other minor adjustments and they gave me such an outrageous quote that even the Mini serviceman was surprised! Fortunately I found Uptown Motorwerks and made the drive there. Wow, what a relief. Not only were they very fast and courteous, they helped me decide what would be better to do asap, what could wait. I left them my car and had a guy from their shop drive me back to my house (not a short drive). My car was ready the very next day and a great price and has been running perfectly after that. I cannot recommend them enough.

I have been coming to this location for nearly 5 years and have seen the changes that have taken place with the staff and management. Recently, I took my husband's 2010 Chevy Silverado in to get a rebuilt engine and had to bring in my 2012 Chevy Malibu at the same time for a new engine, this was completely unexpected and frustrating, yet Thomas ( manager) made our experience well worth our time and money. Thomas went above and beyond for us. He is/ was honest, straightforward, dedicated to making us happy, and you know he loves what he does for a living. Went in for an oil change before going on a road trip and the GM Michael was very honest and explained that it could be unsafe to drive so far due to an issue he identified. And it did turn out to be an issue that needed to be addressed. Not to mention if I had ignored the advice would have left my family stranded somewhere on I10. He and his coworkers were very helpful and understanding of our situation, I couldn't have asked to be link up with anyone better than Michael, his boss and his crew! Brake job seemed good. But they did not get the breaks system bled correctly. The truck stops but I can push the peddle to the floor after stopping.

SO F'king dope. BMW had a dead battery on the 2nd sub-floor of a parking garage. Saw the ad for Wrench while googling the model and "Battery", usually I don't click on ads but within the text of the ad was exactly what I needed: A turnkey Battery changing service that was mobile. They showed up the next day, fixed it in 20 minutes (the trunk that houses the battery wouldn't open, and the mechanic was able to charge the car, then get it open, which seems like a complication but he BREEZED through it) and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service. Another great service experience! I have been a customer for 4 years. I'm not sure why it took 10 years living in this area, for me to find this established shop. I have been very satisfied with all of the service provided. They are professional, courteous, honest, ethical & provided quality work on my Infiniti, BMW and Landcruiser. They provide you details on the service that needs to be performed and the labor rates are very reasonable. I can't say enough about the satisfaction and savings that I have experienced by taking my vehicles to Byrd Automotive. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP!

The worst experience ever took my car there cause my gear wouldn't go into park so he charged me 150.00 to look at it then disassembled my shifter and left it like that with no solution said he couldn't find parts for it said for me to go look for another solution for it. And then they had disabled my car alarm and they couldn't get it to work again and Dave tells me they don't know how to get it to work. Well first off my car was fine when I got there my alarm worked. And they did nothing to help to get my alarm working he tells me go to an alarm company to get it fixed. I will never go there again shity service they will take you money with no problem at all. So my shifter doesn't work my alarm doesn't work and I am out 150.00 so people don't go there I am not sure they can help you they didn't help me at all.

I brought my car in for a new battery bc I was getting on the road and the voltage reading dropped to 12.4. They told me it would be a little over an hour. I called at 2 hours and the rep that had my car was supposed to call me back and never did. I finally got my car back after 3 hours. When I was driving back to Houston the voltage again dipped to 12.4 so I called Monday morning. I asked if they ran the electrical test after replacing the battery. He said they should have but it’s not with my invoice. He would check w the mechanic and call me back. No one has called.

These guys fixed my car’s leaking oil problems. The garage is clean now.

This is the first mechanic in more than a decade that I have found to be completely honest and reasonable. We have a Honda, a Ford and a Mitsubishi and all three cars are serviced by Paul and the mechanics. Such a nice, and honest service and dependable. Several times, Paul did not charge us to verify timing belts and some of the other "problems" other shops found. Once you experience their service you will never go anywhere else.

Maurice has always and completely deliver excellent customer service. I have been going to Maurice for years. I wouldn't change it for the world. He uses good quality products and gets the job done in a timely manner. I walk away satisfied every single time. He and his workers demonstrate good customer service skills and is very patient. I found the details of this place over the net. Wasn't sure when I first arrived and left my car repairs. But the gentleman (Mr JR) who worked on my car was extremely good at his job. He performed a thorough checkup, found the root cause and fixed my car. I would definitely recommend his workshop for Transmission related issues.
