Had an electrical issue that has been diagnosed by multiple shops previously, including the dealership - they all wanted over a thousand dollars to replace a 'module that went bad' which was causing my windows not to work properly and my doors to not close themselves. The technician here pulled my car in and showed me that the fault with my Mercedes S550 wasn't in fact a bad module, but a module that needed to be reprogrammed/recalibrated. They took care of the problem while I watched, and didn't even charge me anything - they just told me to be sure and leave them a review online! So here I am! I'll definitely be back anytime my car or any of my family's cars need any work done! Thanks IDB!

Very Satisfied with the work these guys did, I felt very comfortable having the guys work on my brand new truck after seeing their reviews and excellent rating and also after learning that they are a Viper Preferred Dealer there are very few of those in Houston, it was a clean Install and an affordable price.

Been going here for years. I always deal with Shawn. I have gotten 3 cars tinted so far & send all my friends/family as well. only thing is you should think about making an appointment because they always seem very busy when I go there. I also got my subs/amp/box hooked up in my last truck and it is still going strong, best past was they work with you on price. I went to best buy / car toys and they were way higher with pretty much the same equipment. Anyways just wanted to give my review hope it helped.

I had the screen to my navigation repaired by Terry about a month ago. Honestly after reading all the negative reviews about his customer service and personality I was almost afraid of the guy. But my experience with Terry was 100% opposite. Now, he was a bit short over the phone, but when i got there he listened to me, looked at my car and had it repaired in about 3 hours. We even held a conversation outside of auto repair and he gave both me and friend company calendars. I left there thinking WoW! Needless to say he did an awesome job on the repair and it works just like new. What I realized and read previously when you do good work and you're the only one in town then you don't have to be nice. There are always other options-take it to the high priced dealership!

11-18 -19 My car over heated. Stan, who is a lair and a cheat, told me it was a thermostat. So I greed to have them fix it. Then Stan called claiming the water pump was bad and it is easier to replace the timing belt at this time so I agreed. While they changed the timing belt they mistimed the engine and destroyed it. They bought a replacement engine a “ salvaged” long block. No telling how many mile is on it! I asked that they put the parts I paid for on the salvaged engine. Almost ONE month later, 12-16-19 after repeated calls made by me I was able to pick up my car. I presented the rental car bill and Stan, who is a lair and a cheat said the owner will send me a check, but my car broke after 10 minutes of driving. They tried to claimed it was the exhaust not the engine but eventually cleared the problem. I asked Stan who is a lair and a cheat, if the new parts are on my car and he said no, but I’m going to warranty it for 3yrs 36k miles prorated. Next morning the engine light came on so I took it to the dealer it was there for 3 days while repairing the wiring and sensors that weren’t wired correctly and install missing bolts on the engine! To date my car has still overheated 2X I have exhaust fumes in the cab and most importantly I have not been reimbursed for the rental car and don’t have the parts I paid for.

Bad news guys. I contacted your authorized dealers, and told them how you all were destroying their brands. I filed a small claims petition, too. This place says one hour... really means 3. They use crap hardware so your sound is garbage, with engine noise. They bump the price half way through installation. They don't do the work they agreed to do at the beginning. They won't take back merchandise they put in, even if does not live up to expectations. They screwed up other work that already had been done. Car Toys fix it all, at my expense... save your time, money, and trouble... get it done right the first time at Car Toys. See ya in court!!

I just got back from buy two "very expensive" (per the employee helping me) batteries for my truck. Not only was the service slow - like ridiculously slow, but this employee continued to make comments about how expensive my vehicle was to operate and at one point was telling another customer how much my new tires would cost. Then for whatever reason they decide to give me a complentary wheel alignment test and as they guy is pulling my truck out he hits a piece of equipment with my side mirror. Thankfully there was no damage and I never did get my complementary test. Get your Die Hards at another location.

BEWARE of this mama papa store. This place is an extortion joint. I made an online purchase and obviously paid in full in advance. They sent my puchase to a wrong address. Now they wont refund my money or send the merchandise to the correct address. Beside running a poorly manages business, the person by the name AMIR whom i was communicating with was extremly rude and obnoxious. If anyone wants to do business with them, make sure u have the product in your hand before showing them your money. OR just look for a reputable business elsewhere where they have professional and courteous staff.

BUYERS BEWARE! I have a 2014 Nissan Rogue. Do not trust these people. Alex, Abdul, and the owner Sakar are completely unprofessional sexist liars and crooks. They did not honor their Amazon deal and were so grossly disrespectful. They tried to weasel more money out of us stating that since our car was not form the 90's we needed to buy an additional product to make the coupon that we did purchase actually work. They tried to rip us off. Amazon is opening an investigation as to why they are not honoring their deals. I feel bad for the women in their lives as they think they can talk to women in such a rude manner. I have contacted Amazon and had my money returned immediately. I will be filing a report with the BBB. This unethical thievery cannot continue.
