I had a slight fender bender that did not break the grill; however, it broke the radiator and the check engine light came on. The car overheated on the way to court. This location was less than 1/4 mile away, so I stopped and took a chance. Worse mistake of my week. That is compared to being attacked and having to get stitches, having a fender bender, having to get a hotel and extend my stay and surviving a low-grade tornado that damaged the rental car. This still was the WORST experience. I was treated rudely, up charged for labor after they had my car for 5 days with no callbacks or updates even though I called them daily and was promised repeatedly to advise on what was done or needed. When I got the car back the check engine light was still on. When I inquired about it I was insulted by the owner who told me that the light was off when they finished with it but I picked it up 30 minutes after they closed from their receptionist LaTonya who I texted back to advise that the check engine light was still on and called the two numbers I had for Lawrence with no answer or response back from LaTonya or Lawrence A. Giles. The next day March 14, 2019 when I came back into the shop and began asking questions about the work that was done and upset that my car was running rough and the check engine light was still on I was advised by Lawrence that he understood why I was attacked as I didn't know when to be quiet and that he was doing me a favor. That confused me as he charged me $40.00 diagnostic, then $350.00 parts and labor then an additional $125.00 for additional labor. When I asked for a credit for the diagnostic fees because he did the work four times he finally gave me a $20.00 credit. When I admitted that it was my fault for choosing an unprofessional business that I had not researched due to my car overheating and his proximity to the court where I had an appointment. When I went out to speak with his technician Curtis to inquire what exactly he had done to my car and why the check engine light was on the owner Lawrence told me not to be out there harassing his worker. I was amazed that he felt he could charge me nearly $500.00 on a repair but did not expect me to ask any questions. When they put my car back on the diagnostic machine it indicated CO2 Sensor problems. Curtis cleared it and suggested that I drive the car to see if it came on again. In less than 6 miles the light was back on. I had to go to the dealership to get this car repaired properly. My car overheated and stopped on the dealership technician in less than 2 weeks after the repairs from Action Transmission. The dealership asked if the coolant was added and topped off due to them having to add coolant after the car overheated and stopped on them and if there was a warranty on the work I told them I would try to find out. When I texted to inquire about the warranty on the work done on my car that was never mentioned verbally or in writing I got no response. When I inquired if they filled the coolant like they charged me for I got no response. I will push this forward legally if necessary. My final word is BEWARE of this predator who has little respect for single females who have the audacity to ask questions about what they are paying for. This has been MY experience with this "business" and Lawrence A.Giles.

Where do I begin with this? I wish the owner of the company would contact me. I have a chevy silveraldo that the sub speakers blew, which I was told wouldn't. I told then I didn't adjust the bass amp at all but a guy named victor thinks I lie from a conversation that he never heard so now after spending a thousand dollars, I'm bass less til he gets news back from the manufacturer. It's bull, if they don't make this situation right n apologize for the bad advice n for calling me a liar, then my next review will go into more detail. As of right now, I'm not happy especially not happy he called me a liar. I really wanted to knock him the hell out n he's quite lucky I found Christ cuz the ole Dan wouldn't have thought bout it, just would have put him in check real quick. I have taken both cars on a couple of occasions. They are great at the complicated issues. The cars are getting older and are starting to have issues. I can trust the team to diagnose everything correctly. On a recent visit, I was following my wife in her car. Her comment, "Autocare European, won't they be expensive?" The answer is they are very affordable. Plus on one visit they gave me a loan car. Plus, they detail the car on each visit. I am sold.

These guys are really cheats ! I asked them install a radio of mine in my car and they charged around $100 for parts and installation. At that time they assured the pulling it back at any time will be free. After few months, when I went today to replace my radio with the old, they are asking me to pay again. What a BS ? They talk no other word than policy..policy. But where did their policy went during installation ? Looks like they'll change their policy as and when needed. Total BS. The manager and front staff were so rude they dont even wanted to listen what we say except for their screaming policy. If you ever wanted to go there better make sure you get everything in writing (if they provide). Don't believe in their promise. They are absolute fraud.

Top notch organization. I recently purchased a used Volvo and I needed a mechanic shop that I could trust. I made several requests to about 10 different shops and this was the only one that responded in a timely manner and with a professionally written quote and a phone call. This was also the farthest from my home than the others I had send inquiries to. So based on the quick professional response and a couple of phone conversations that impressed me, I chose European Auto Tech. Arthur and Caesar were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and even had my car ready the next morning. Originally they said they may have it for a couple of days, so they were actually ahead of schedule. They did find a few things that needed immediate attention and they called me to see if I wanted to proceed and didn't add any extra labor charges onto the bill. Very professional. They were very nice and were extremely honest with me. They've earned my trust. Even my wife felt comfortable doing business with them and that says a lot. I will do more business with them in the near future when I upgrade my audio. The tint and alarm were awesome!!!

I went to get my car radio installed and they didnt even install the radio kit right the kit was not properly mounted. It was visibly loose and could easily be takin out as if it was not in right, and his price kept on changing for the L.e.ds i will not do service with them agian and i do not reccomend going there for anyone else

Do not use these guys, I paid up front to have my head lights black out and scheduled a time to have it done. I came back as scheduled and was told " Oh the guy hes not here to do it today com back next week end." So I understood hey these things happen sometimes. I came back the next week end and again i was told to come back for the same reason. This happened one more time before I decided enough and asked for my refund, the guy said it would be back on my card with in 2 days and nothing. I have gone to their location and called numerous time but still no refund. These guys are crooks! They stole my money and they will do it to someone else again!
