This body shop,was suppose to work on my mercedes benz on hail damage. he actually got the insurance money and cash the check because the check was mail to his adress. for over six months my car is still not fix,he has my insurance money but no services provided so i took my car away from there.for contact call me at 214-650-5403. may be we can get together and take this guy to court.

Don't use these guys. Never. I took 2 Diesel trucks over there. 1) Won't go over 50mph = they charged me $4500 and did not fix the problem. We took it back and they said it needed another part. Charged me another $4800. One day later it still has the same problem and they will not give me back my money. 2) 2nd truck was not changing gears. They charged me $1800. We took it and the next day it overheated and they would not do anything about that. They have a big goon named MIKE that is 6'5" 280 pounds that starts getting tough with you if you don't like things. So I am out $11,000 and they will do nothing about it. Kinney's always seeks to provide the best service possible. Part of that job is to spot problems and get them repaired. When people just do oil changes and NO MAINTENANCE they get big repair bills or at least they get asked to repair the vehicle in order to make it safe to drive. I see reviews where some folks think that being asked to keep their vehicle in GOOD repair is a bad thing.. they are very shortsighted to do that- just fix it when it breaks.

I have taken both cars on a couple of occasions. They are great at the complicated issues. The cars are getting older and are starting to have issues. I can trust the team to diagnose everything correctly. On a recent visit, I was following my wife in her car. Her comment, "Autocare European, won't they be expensive?" The answer is they are very affordable. Plus on one visit they gave me a loan car. Plus, they detail the car on each visit. I am sold.

I have a Porsche 911 turbo transmission that has a known defect. Porsche does not warrant the problem an according to them there is no fix. Their guidelines are to replace the transmission. 18,000 dollars. I found Joe and eurofix on a Porsche forum where another owner had his transmission fixed by them. I called Joe and he said he could repair my car. It is not easy to transport a car to mechanic 700 miles away but Joe's confidence and professionalism put me at ease. -WARNING- April 22, 2021 The day I made a huge mistake and brought my 2003 50th anniversary edition C5 to Marvette Automotive Services for reliability upgrades. Richardo has not kept his word to me several times and is a master of excuses. A 17 month long nightmare so far. They even damaged my paint job!
