I brought my truck to Back 2 Right for some rocker rust repair. Ended up being the entire driver's side rocker panel and the cab corner needed replaced. Though other vehicles were in the shop, he moved mine to top of the list since I wasn't using insurance. Not only that, but kept me updated regularly throughout the process--which was not lengthy because he was seriously on top of it. When I went to pick it up, it was clean, shiny, and better than I brought it in, and that's not just the repair. About 1 month ago the Montgomery County Sheriff's Department showed up at my door to inform me that my RV, which was stored at Brooks Collision Center in Pinehurst,Tx , had been found vandalized. (along with several stolen RV's.) on the property. The shop owner or whatever, Jonathan Rivenbark, was nowhere to be found. A part was ordered from this place with the vehicle registration papers. Gaberial and his friends at Garry's auto parts are so unprofessional and lies. Not only did they steel almost $700.00 for a part on a car, but they purposely ordered the wrong part, despite being given they correct information and they intellectually lied and forged signature saying that we ordered the wrong part. We tried calling and even reasoning with them. Gaberial told us a bunch of lies just to keep his commission for the services which he and Garry's Auto parts intentionally did. They like to scam and steal money. The sad thing is they've had their part untouched and unused and they still kept our money as paid out customers. Gaberial tried to hang up on us and almost cursed us out for calling him. He lies and say they have a manager who is never in. He is always out and he is never available. If you have an issues, you can not call them or count on them. We even called other people on his team who lied and said He's not in, and they would put us on hold for 40 minutes to an hour, then they would act like they could not understand anything, and from there we had to call from a different number and when we did he was steel trying to dodge us about the part and the money. we even tried to work with them by asking them to find another part for the car in exchange. they never did it, they would laugh, and lie and act like they did not understand and was unconcern and would even make fun of our situation and say, well you told us this, when we in fact told them nothing, but gave them the documents for the vehicle....They all Thieves and Lairs and they pretend to car , when in fact they don't! They are beyond a mess.

I am shocked that Bemer Motor Cars auto repair would receive good reviews when the owner/operator Mr. Julian Martinez has done nothing but give me the run around on an estimate to repair my 1972 Mercedes. He had my vehicle for nine (9) business days and could not give me an estimate when he promised the estimate in two (2) business days. After the second business day ended, Mr. Martinez kept telling me to come back tomorrow and he would have an estimate. This went on for the next seven (7) business days until I picked up my Mercedes and took it to another repair shop. With this said, customers "BE AWARE". What Mr. Martinez finally gave me is an offer to purchase my classic 1972 Mercedes for $1,500.00. Something to think about before you trust your investment to Mr. Julian Martinez owner and operator of Bemer Motor Cars / Auto Repairs). May GOD forgive him for the way he has treated me and the treatment he is about to give you.
