I have taken both cars on a couple of occasions. They are great at the complicated issues. The cars are getting older and are starting to have issues. I can trust the team to diagnose everything correctly. On a recent visit, I was following my wife in her car. Her comment, "Autocare European, won't they be expensive?" The answer is they are very affordable. Plus on one visit they gave me a loan car. Plus, they detail the car on each visit. I am sold.

After a year of problems with my car, Golden Rule in 24hrs had it diagnosed and repaired. I would highly recommend especially to single female car owners. For once I had repair done and didn't have to take back because something not done correct or another issue was now present. They are the Best!

Don't use these guys. Never. I took 2 Diesel trucks over there. 1) Won't go over 50mph = they charged me $4500 and did not fix the problem. We took it back and they said it needed another part. Charged me another $4800. One day later it still has the same problem and they will not give me back my money. 2) 2nd truck was not changing gears. They charged me $1800. We took it and the next day it overheated and they would not do anything about that. They have a big goon named MIKE that is 6'5" 280 pounds that starts getting tough with you if you don't like things. So I am out $11,000 and they will do nothing about it. I have a Porsche 911 turbo transmission that has a known defect. Porsche does not warrant the problem an according to them there is no fix. Their guidelines are to replace the transmission. 18,000 dollars. I found Joe and eurofix on a Porsche forum where another owner had his transmission fixed by them. I called Joe and he said he could repair my car. It is not easy to transport a car to mechanic 700 miles away but Joe's confidence and professionalism put me at ease.
