SO F'king dope. BMW had a dead battery on the 2nd sub-floor of a parking garage. Saw the ad for Wrench while googling the model and "Battery", usually I don't click on ads but within the text of the ad was exactly what I needed: A turnkey Battery changing service that was mobile. They showed up the next day, fixed it in 20 minutes (the trunk that houses the battery wouldn't open, and the mechanic was able to charge the car, then get it open, which seems like a complication but he BREEZED through it) and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service. Another great service experience! I have been a customer for 4 years. I'm not sure why it took 10 years living in this area, for me to find this established shop. I have been very satisfied with all of the service provided. They are professional, courteous, honest, ethical & provided quality work on my Infiniti, BMW and Landcruiser. They provide you details on the service that needs to be performed and the labor rates are very reasonable. Went in for an oil change before going on a road trip and the GM Michael was very honest and explained that it could be unsafe to drive so far due to an issue he identified. And it did turn out to be an issue that needed to be addressed. Not to mention if I had ignored the advice would have left my family stranded somewhere on I10. He and his coworkers were very helpful and understanding of our situation, I couldn't have asked to be link up with anyone better than Michael, his boss and his crew!
