I found DFW Dent Repair, in Lewisville TX, a few months ago after searching for a place that did Paintless Dent Repair(PDR) north of Dallas. I have delt with several PDR businesses in the past to repair door dings and hail dents. I was never satisified with their work. I took a chance with DFW Dent Repair to take out some door dings and some manufacturer defects in the sheetmetal on my 2012 Dodge Charger SRT8 and hoped for the best. I could not believe my eyes after Justin and Chase did the work. It was like the door dings and defects were never there! I was so happy with their work that I recently took my wife's 2012 black Jeep Overland to take out a nice size door ding. Justin took care of it easily. I usually don't write reviews, but I had to give a huge "Thank You" to DFW Dent Repair, in Lewisville TX, for making our cars look great and for their 1st class customer service!!!

I got a lot of work done at Joey's Illusion. All of it was top of the line service from start to finish. I have a 2012 Ram 1500 Lone Star that came with chrome bumpers and grille. Joey and Matt swapped my bumpers for a set to be painted white to match the truck. I also had them do a custom paint job on my grille to match the truck. All of the paint came out perfect and the installation was flawless as well. I also had them install a set of Bilstein 5100 adjustable shocks to level out the front end, and they also installed a set of 35x12.50x17 wheels and tires for me. I can't say enough about what a great job these guys did. I will be bringing my truck to Joey's anytime I need work done in the future. Thanks for the great service guys!

Flat rate for labor is $200.00 even if its an easy fix of $19.00 for a new thermostat. I took my car in on a Monday morning to get a professionals opinion as to why my car was overheating. I did not receive a call back until Friday at 4:30pm I immediately returned my missed call at 5pm, but they were already closed, WHICH their sign says they are open from 8:00am to 5:30pm. The following Monday a week after my car was dropped off I call back and ask for the DANNY what the issue is with my car, he did give me an estimate of $250.00 to replace the thermostat, NO WAY!!! Oreilly's has it in stock for $19.00. I told Danny, No don't fix it I'll be there to pick up my car. When i arrive at the shop two hours later (during my lunch break from work) he says there is a fee for $87.00 to put my car back together. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! Why am I being charged if no repairs where done to my car? Because it had to sit at his shop for a whole week before they can even look at it & they had to take it apart to find out why it was overheating....BULL! I had been a loyal customer since 2005, he had done major repairs to all my vehicle, so i knew his labor charge is $200.00, but to replace a simple thermostat, sorry i was not going to pay $250.00 when i can replace it myself. I asked nicely to waive the $87.00 since it wasn't my fault that my car was sitting there for a WHOLE week, he has a temper WATCH OUT!! he yelled at me said NO $87.00 and get your car out of here or $250.00 so we can fix it! I said to him fix it & please have it ready within the hour (I was there at 11:30am), he said NO I'll have it ready at 3:30pm, i said fine i will be here at 3pm. I go to pick up my car Danny says to me I was able to knock of $7.00...Thank you Danny & paid the bill.... YOU JUST LOST ONE LOYAL CUSTOMER TODAY!!!

My car was broken down and I called Teaberry Enterprises the chief mechanic and principal owner is Scott. I was very much impressed with the service that I received this is a knowledgeable mechanic and an honest one. I highly recommend this mechanic to anyone who has any car problems

Stay away from this place. They are shysters. Horrible business people and they use every trick in the book to wear you down. I bought a Used BMW Engine that came from a Vehicle that was totaled in a Rollover in June 2009, from them in October 2012. They only way they would accept payment was to deposit Cash into their National Bank Checking Account. After I bought the engine and it was installed by a Reputable BMW Mechanic, there was no Oil Pressure. There was also moisture found in the oil residue of the engine. The Salesman, Eddy, at All Star Imports said give him some time and he will find another Engine. After almost two weeks he said he could not find another and to send him the engine back at his expense and he would refund me the entire amount of $5,700. After doing so they now have the engine and my money. They have now changed their attitude and say that my Mechanic forgot to put oil in the engine and ran the engine long enough with no oil and blew the engine. They now want to repair the engine and deduct it from the money I sent them. They never call back, I have hounded them incessantly. They are taking their sweet time and never let you contact anyone who can make decisions. It's a mystery who the Boss is and they say he'll call back, and never does. They use their broken English as a crutch and have more American nick names for each other than you can shake a stick at. The bottom line is it's their word against mine. It's a used engine. Did it ship damaged or did my mechanic forget to put oil in it and run it until it blew. I lost $3,000 installing the bad engine and now they are going to fix their engine with my money. The car was in a rollover accident, if it ran upside down it could have done the damage. If they didn't store the BMW Engine properly, that it sat for 2 years, the Crank Vents could have clogged and cause a vacuum which could have caused this. Either way they said they tested the engine before they shipped it which I don't believe. The

As a woman, car repair can be intimidating and it's important to find a shop that I can trust. Kevin and Brian are some of the nicest guys! They are not necessarily the cheapest, but they are really reasonable and great to work with. They won't recommend work that doesn't need to be done. Before they had ever done any mechanical work for us, I had called because I had a flat tire. They came by, while I was gone, and aired up my tire. I came home and it was fixed! NO CHARGE!!! We keep our cars until they no longer work. One has over 150k and the other over 230k and B&M is helping us get every mile out of them! (They are hard to see from the road. Derrick rebuilt my Lexus RX 300 transmission last September and had it in and out of the shop in 24 hours...outstanding service. Derrick was able to find the parts for the transmission from around the area and kept us in constant communication throughout the process. I brought my transmission back for a check up a few months ago and no error codes were discovered. Will recommend Elite to friends and family!

I was ready to leave Loyd Park in Grand Prairie and the front air leveling system was leaking air and would not raise the motorhome. Not drivable. So, I called Quality RV repair who I've done business with before, but turn out they don't work on the Freightliner chassis. Seconds later she is giving me Tommy's name and number. I called it but got voicemail. It was getting late in the day. My family had already gone home, so I called and arranged for another night, thinking Tommy probably would not call back. But a short time later Tommy did call. Said he would be out soon. Soon was very soon as it turned out. You don't find service people like Tommy very often. He crawled under the bus and determined the valve needed to be replaced. He called several places and left with the bad valve as one place said the may have one. Turns out no, but Freightliner Dallas did and he put it in will call. I drove to Dallas and picked up the part that night. Tommy met me back at the campsite 7 ish the next morning and fixed it. Apparently this part had been partially bad for a long time. My Motorhome rides better, handles better, is much quitter and sets higher then before. When I park I can tell the volume of air being released is much greater than bofore. Can't say enough good about Tommy. He gave me a very reasonable rate for his labor as well. I just want to say, Best group of MECHANICS EVER!!! I have never been to a mechanic shop that was so straight forward with what repairs are needed, the first time I went to them was in January, I was told by another shop I needed a new water pump and if I bought the part it would lower the price to put it on, but after I bought the part their labor fee wasn't what they said it would be. So I called around and got price quotes all way to expensive and wouldn't take my newly bought part!!! I then went to Nation Auto care and asked them about it, they told me it wasn't my water pump it was my intake!! and walked me through everything, and made sure I knew what was going to be done, and how much. This time, I had gotten into an accident, broke my rear axel, I had it towed to their shop. lets say they had my van ready in days!! they replaced the axle, did new breaks rotors and all my oil changes and replaced the blown/damaged tire. and my Van now drives 100 percent better now then it did when I drove it off the car lot, and I had that car lot pull my van in for repairs three times over my shaking while breaking " which the car lots mechanic said it was just my allinement" which was my ROTORS!! which had led to my accident. I chose to pay out of pocket to have my repairs done, over my collision coverage from my car dealer, Quality over price. And that's what you get when you go to nation Auto care you get QUALITY! they even fixed up my bumper the best they could. and the price, let me tell you unless you can do auto work on your own you will not find better prices or people for that matter then what you are getting here.
