Diesel Engine Injector Replacement
Very, very unhappy with my experience. They replaced two injectors on my diesel truck and charged over $2,000. Drove out of town two days later and broke down because they used a bad refurbished part. Refused to warranty work or work with me in any way. Asked to speak to owner as he was the decision maker regarding this situation, and he would not return my call. I said that I would be cancelling my payment through my credit card company, and they threatened to put a mechanic's lean on my truck if I were to do so.

Front End
Great reviews online except for occasional rants so I went in to check it out. I had a quote from another shop for $1350 to replace all my ball joints and pitman arm on my Dodge 2500. They quoted me $975 for the same work and guaranteed it Parts and Labor for 12 months or 12K miles. Cant beat that kind of service.

Change Starter
The gentlemen, Toby, who worked on my vehicle, replaced my starter. Before that he quoted me 2,400 to fix a few oil leaks, which caused my starter to burn out over a very long time. Exactly two weeks after getting the new starter, the truck started making a horrible sound when being started. The new starter had eaten away at my fly wheel. They turned around and quoted me twelve hundred dollars for a problem their product and/or mechanic caused, exactly 12 days later. From the get go these people were crafty with their words, and for three and a half hours tried to slant reality, and when I left, the end quote was 300.00 Although they did replace the starter, by now the damage has been done to the fly wheel. Rude, Scandal, Money Hungry, Devil, are all words i think of when I think on my experience with Superior Auto @ 1159 S Burleson Boulevard, # A Burleson, TX 76028
