Kinney's always seeks to provide the best service possible. Part of that job is to spot problems and get them repaired. When people just do oil changes and NO MAINTENANCE they get big repair bills or at least they get asked to repair the vehicle in order to make it safe to drive. I see reviews where some folks think that being asked to keep their vehicle in GOOD repair is a bad thing.. they are very shortsighted to do that- just fix it when it breaks.

Horrible by payingcustomer75851 on 06/10/2014 I paid Dave Exner a good deal of money to install a supercharger and it was not money well spent. The thermostat leaks and he will not come out and fix his mistake. He came out once to look at it and said oh yeah it does leak I'll be back and that's the last we've seen of Dave. He has answered a few phone calls and his excuse was "I can't come out today, I have paying jobs." That's terrible. He since then doesn't answer calls or return messages. I called from a different number and he answered but claimed he was sick once he found out who I was. Now Im left with a car I can't drive. Stay away from Dave.

By far the best Automotive service on the West Side of Fort Worth. Honesty, Integrity and Friendly service are my requirements and Tilden Car Care Exceeds them all. Southwest Autowerks is the most honest, professional and reliable mechic shop in the DFW Metroppex. I highly recommend their services regardless the size of the job to anyone-especially BMW owners.
