All of my issues are ongoing. None of them are ever fixed. I have to continue to bring vehicle back for same issue or for “new” issue that supposedly occurred out of the blue but in truth are by products of tech mistakes.

Please go somewhere else and do not even think about letting these guys touch your vehicle. All they care about is your money. They don't offer any warranty what so ever. I came in for a wheel alignment and the car still pulls to the left so I took it back and long story short, instead of saying "I am sorry", The guy cursed at me in Spanish and pushed me out the door. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

There were a few problems in getting the job completed this time, which has not happen in the past. However, the car is running fine at this time.

After a year of problems with my car, Golden Rule in 24hrs had it diagnosed and repaired. I would highly recommend especially to single female car owners. For once I had repair done and didn't have to take back because something not done correct or another issue was now present. They are the Best!

Scott & the rest of the employees at this shop give excellent service. I had to get my front brakes done a month or 2 ago & they were able to provide an affordable price for me to get them done as well as have the work done while I was at work in about an hour's time. Not only was it done conveniently fast, it was done right. Then about 2 weeks ago my car was vandalized leaving both of my passenger side windows shattered. Again I had the repairs done at FT Auto & not only saved myself some struggle as well as money on the glass replacement but also recieved the same great timely service again. Dave and the guys there always service all of my 6 vehicles from new daily vehicles to several classic muscle cars. They are honest, locally owned and fair priced. There is a one star rating on here that references a completely different shop so ignore the rating for Dallas Car Care, but read it to know where not to go. THESE GUYS ARE HARD TO BEAT. 100% recommend them.

Arrived at 945 to get an inspection. was told the woman who did them would be there at 10. I went back at 1020. she wasn't there and was told "give me 30 minutes". the guy was supposedly on the phone with her telling him she was running late....really? he obviously had no clue if or when she was coming in so I blew it off. I have gotten inspections there before and every time the woman is not there for a variety of reasons, including "she's gone down the street to get something to eat", and I have chosen to wait. Not today though. if I try to get an inspection there again I will call first to make sure she is there. shouldn't be that difficult to get an inspection, you know?
