Southwest Autowerks is the most honest, professional and reliable mechic shop in the DFW Metroppex. I highly recommend their services regardless the size of the job to anyone-especially BMW owners. This place is definitely a 5 star rating from me. I called on a Saturday afternoon because of an incident I had on the highway where a piece of wood fell from a trailer and ripped up my transmission pans and caused a bad leak. Needed work done ASAP because I had an 8 hour road trip to return home 3 days later. The owner Eduardo picked up my phone call and came in on his free time to check my car out and fix it as soon as possible. It was ready to go in just 2 days. He was extremely friendly and professional. He took the time to update me on my car with the exact issues and costs. Very affordable. I highly recommend this shop. I could not be happier with the service these guys provided. I called them to fix a blown tire on my daughter car on the side of the highway. They had someone there in less than 20 minutes and did a great job. 5 stars for these nice guys.

My A/c in my truck wouldnt blow cold. I took it to the dealer in Hillsboro they told me I needed a bunch of stuff and it was gonna cost me a ton. For a second opinion I took it in to Tom's and it turned out I just had a leaking hose. They know their stuff and treat you right.
