Had a starter fail last day of a conference in Galveston. Needed a quick repair as I was scheduled to leave Galveston that day. Called to make an appt. & they got me in right away. Service was prompt and have no issues with the repair. Repair was more expensive than I had estimated, but typically, parts/ labour are more expensive on the island... Overall, if I had another issue, while in Galveston, I would go there again.

The owner or mechanic that I spoke with was very rude. I was quoted a price accidently and when I called to find out what happened and explained how much of an inconvenience I was told that they don't have to apologize for nothing. I explained in customer service if you admit you make a mistake at least an apology is warranted.

My skid control light came on on my 2014 Mercedes. Did not want to go to the Dealer so the local auto parts store in Webster recommended Gulf Coast Auto. I called them and scheduled an appointment, Wow nice shop, good crew and no run-around. Turns out wit was no biggy, in and out in less then a day for a fair price.
