In good faith and fair dealing the senior never reasoned an estimate for repair. The senior citizen had to camp out in the heat for an estimate of repair for 2 weeks. Though she had money to pay for the service she didn't speak Spanish. I don't recommend any senior or persons with disabilities using this mechanic's service because they would probably be left to die first.

Worst customer service ever. Sat in the lobby for 1hour and 45minutes for an oil change. All customers who came in after me, left before me and were doing oil changes also. When I finally ask the guy at the counter how much longer, he said there was a mix up and my car is ready, when I went to get in, they had left it parked in front of the bay doors, the windows down and the dirty paper floor mat they use still inside. I noticed my car there the whole time and thought they were waiting to pull it in after another car was done. So now I'm positive they did not even do an oil change and charged me for one because they forgot about my car. I Will never go back here.

The worst!! STAY AWAY!! Destroyed my engine with 60K miles. The Manager supports his incompetent Technicians. The place is an absolute SCAM!!
