I called and talked to Joe about installing the Amp Reseach power running boards. Joe told me to go ahead and bring the truck and boards in and he would look at them. Joe called and gave me the price and i told him to go ahead and install them. Justin installed them with no problem and had the vehicle ready to go the next day. Had a slight problem with one side but took it back down and Justin adjusted it and had me ready to go in a short time. Great work as always, would not trust my car with anyone else!! Mark C.

All of my issues are ongoing. None of them are ever fixed. I have to continue to bring vehicle back for same issue or for “new” issue that supposedly occurred out of the blue but in truth are by products of tech mistakes.

This is my first experience with Japanese Auto Repair. What a great find! These guys really know what they are doing. Had a check engine light on my 2016 Prius come on. Upon arrival at their shop, the first thing I noticed was that David, the owner, had all of his training certifications and credentials for Toyota up on the wall which gave me a high level of comfort. I also got a real feeling of trust when dealing with Tony who took care of me. These guys are honest and take the time to explain the issues. Their pricing was also very fair. This is my first time came in this place for doing four wheels alignment because I saw price $45 alignment advertisement in the front. So I asked them how much for 4 wheels alignment? they said $45. After seat in nasty waiting room little while, I decide it's better to go out site for more fresh air than in that room.... They came out say my car's done. After paid for labor, I came out and look at paper, they realized they did not do rear alignment. I went back to ask them, they said my car can not do rear alignment because there is no camber bolt...so whatever. I said are you guys kidding me? I said it's there, it does... and then he turned around said we don't deal with rear alignment... I said I asked before I handed my key to you guys.... they said if I want to do rear alignment, I needed to pay for it.

There were a few problems in getting the job completed this time, which has not happen in the past. However, the car is running fine at this time.

After a year of problems with my car, Golden Rule in 24hrs had it diagnosed and repaired. I would highly recommend especially to single female car owners. For once I had repair done and didn't have to take back because something not done correct or another issue was now present. They are the Best!

Do not take your car here, they will rip you off! I wouldn't even give them a 1 star. I took my car there a week ago for an evaluation. My car wouldn't start after filling it up with gas and there was a terrible grinding sound coming from the front end. They told me that the right and left control arms were out and needed to be replaced. The car was misfiring because the ignition coils needed to be and they had to take off the manifold to get to it. $2800 evaluation. I allowed an oil change for $80 and picked up my car that evening. I took my car to another garage and it was found to be out of power steering fluid which should have been checked with the $80 oil change. Nothing was wrong with the lower arms. The hard start was due to a $56 purge value which cost me in labor $123. I spent less on the car to get it fixed than the $213 it cost me for an oil change and evaluation. I assume they were trying to rip me off since I am a woman! I'm not sure but I will never ever go back here again! I strongly advise you to do the same!

Scott & the rest of the employees at this shop give excellent service. I had to get my front brakes done a month or 2 ago & they were able to provide an affordable price for me to get them done as well as have the work done while I was at work in about an hour's time. Not only was it done conveniently fast, it was done right. Then about 2 weeks ago my car was vandalized leaving both of my passenger side windows shattered. Again I had the repairs done at FT Auto & not only saved myself some struggle as well as money on the glass replacement but also recieved the same great timely service again. If there are any repairs you are needing done to your car- the right & affordable way- then look no further.

Pravin is the owner. He will work with you to discover the problem and then propose a solution. My car had an ignition problem and after taking it to one shop where they told me they couldn't fix it, I took it to Mom's and they fixed it. Very professional operation.

This place is horrible went there for two used tires for a small trailer and they ended up putting Cracked and out of date tires on the wheels then after he told me 25 each then charged me 35 each on my card very sketchy little tire shop remember amigos the law states you can't sale a used tire older than 5 years old I will make sure I pass this along

I came here due to the good comments on the google sites. But they are simply AWEFUL!!! They replaced two rear tires and removed the nail on the left front; however, they didn't put the valve caps back on all those 3. They put in the different tire that they showed earlier. The guy also said i won't find any better deal than him, 4 tires for 290. I agreed the price's pretty good. But becareful, those tires are made in China. Hello, they are HIFLY for which i never heard of. I google that brand, but not so many sites or reviews on them. SO BEWARE OF THESE YOUNG GUYS RUNNING THIS SHOP!!!
