Oil change and evaluatioin
Do not take your car here, they will rip you off! I wouldn't even give them a 1 star. I took my car there a week ago for an evaluation. My car wouldn't start after filling it up with gas and there was a terrible grinding sound coming from the front end. They told me that the right and left control arms were out and needed to be replaced. The car was misfiring because the ignition coils needed to be and they had to take off the manifold to get to it. $2800 evaluation. I allowed an oil change for $80 and picked up my car that evening. I took my car to another garage and it was found to be out of power steering fluid which should have been checked with the $80 oil change. Nothing was wrong with the lower arms. The hard start was due to a $56 purge value which cost me in labor $123. I spent less on the car to get it fixed than the $213 it cost me for an oil change and evaluation. I assume they were trying to rip me off since I am a woman! I'm not sure but I will never ever go back here again! I strongly advise you to do the same!

Tires, Batteries, & General Maintenance
I have a 1998 Lincoln Towncar which is going through its winter years. It is a beautiful car and over the years, I have spent a good deal of money trying to keep it running in good condition. Most of the repairs have been performed by Jordan's Car Care Centers in Mesquite, TX and most recently at the Rowlett, TX location. My experience with them is that they give honest and accurate diagnoses, then they fix what needs to be fixed, and then your car works the way it's supposed to work. I have complete confidence in their workmanship and timeliness. Last, and surely not least, I want to lift up the excellent customer service work of their front counter crew, who handle in-coming customers, phone calls, handle cashier functions, and keeps the customer informed the whole way. - John Milford, Dallas, TX
