I took my car in July 2013 to get an alignment done and they told me that the bearings on the front right were bad and needed replaced. I got them replaced for $400-something for parts and labor, but after I left my car was making a noise when I turned to the right that made me uneasy. So a week later I took it back and they said they "put the hub on backwards" (which is impossible) but redid their service for free. So I left thinking that okay, they screwed up the first time but at least redeemed themselves. I was annoyed that I had to spend another 3 hours waiting on my car (I had waited 2 hours the first time they 'worked' on it) but at least they did it for free the second time because of their mistake. Now, in February 2014 I took my car in to a different shop and my boyfriend actually watched as they worked on my car (because he works there), and the bearing that Kwik Kar had replaced and put on there was so warped and the balls fell out as soon as they took it off. Kwik Kar did not do their job correctly and lied to me about it, I am EXTREMELY unhappy with their service and seeing what action I can take against them. The shop my boyfriend works at told me (and I am pregnant) that I could have had a very serious accident if I kept on driving.

Excellent service, I have been with them for a few years .. They have always been totally honest with me and take goood care of my vehicles ... I am extremely touchy about my cars as I have been scammed a few times in the past and they are nothing but straight up honest with what my vehicles need and dont need .... Nick Adler as the general manager is excellent. He personally greeted me, listened to my concerns and then performed the checks. He recommended service and offered excellent prices. While my car was being worked on they even gave me a ride home (2 miles away). I had just visited another oil change place and they treated me rudely and with no respect. They did not use my coupon, check on an oil leak, or even offer suggestions besides visit a shop. Kwik Kar will be my new place for service for both my cars. I would highly recommend everyone to go there. They provide excellent customer services and care about the customer experience.

My family has been coming to Brake-O for over 15 years. We've never had a bad experience with them, they are always honest, friendly, and knowledgeable. Prices are very fair and competitive. I don't know how many times I took my car in for a warranty check up at the dealership, was told something was wrong, took my car to Brake-O and they said nothing needed to be fixed. You aren't just a number to them, they really want to take care of their clients and remember your name, get to know you and have excellent service. I recommend them to everyone.

happy about the work this shop did. my bmw 328 had a bad head gasket, dealer told me it would take 3 days for the job to be done and my car sat there for 3 weeks finally took my car back, looked around for a a import shop in the area and found this place. my car was in&out in about 4 days. so far my car is running great! hope to continue with the good work thanks. I go to this place to just get some gas and try to find a place that does oil change. As I stopped at the pump I noticed this guy started to walk toward my car. He then tells me that this is a full service and I was like what? Then he says at this pump we fill your gas for you. I told him thanks, but I will try next time. Then I noticed that it was a shop so I asked him how much for a oil change. He said 24.98 and I asked him how long will it take. He told me It would take about 15 to 20 minutes. Well It only took 10 minutes and he was done. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a oil change to check this place out. Plus if you don't feel like getting out your car to pump your gas do the full service. It's only little bit more. Thank you Bill for taking good care of my car. Good friendly, and courteous people.

Worst customer service ever. Sat in the lobby for 1hour and 45minutes for an oil change. All customers who came in after me, left before me and were doing oil changes also. When I finally ask the guy at the counter how much longer, he said there was a mix up and my car is ready, when I went to get in, they had left it parked in front of the bay doors, the windows down and the dirty paper floor mat they use still inside. I noticed my car there the whole time and thought they were waiting to pull it in after another car was done. So now I'm positive they did not even do an oil change and charged me for one because they forgot about my car. I Will never go back here.
