My car was towed in to this shop . I chose this shop cause I use to work there when it was under different management (back when the short bald guy ran it) the mechanics then were dedicated to there jobs , and cared about DIAGNOSING OUR CUSTOMERS cars with precision and performed the service like professionals. When my 1989 trans am wss towed in I explained to sid the problems he began to assign his mechanic , guaranteeing it would be completed as I haad to return home to arkansas. The car had sit for three years with a full tank of gas (I just purchased said car) the first thing they said was distributer , then computer , next a short in the wiring and the next day still not finished I flew home .so three weeks later I returned to pick up my vehicle that they replaced the distributer and fuel pump and thats it onlyy now it would start but ran rough ii was frusterated at the whole situation I was forced to have to take vehicle back home the car was missing on four cylinders thats half so me being a mech .I got the car to my dads and began to notice a lot of vacuum hoses off time ran out so I loaded it on a trailer and came home the next day I began to work on it and found it needed a fuse and two injectors . After being CHARGED 1450.00 FOR A DISTRIIBUTER AND FUEL PUMP MY CAR SHOULD OF RAN LIKE IT WAS NEW..SID TOTALLY RIPPED ME OFF CAUSE I lIVED OUT OF STATE and it would be hard to get warranty work done !!!!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE FOR ANYTHIING IT HAS GONE DOWNHILL SINCE SID TOOK IT OVER !!!! TAKE SOME PRIDE IN UR BUISNESS .

This place is so unprofessional, dishonest, and rude. They told me they do diagnosis for $29.99 but charged me for $70 instead. Their reason is that i turned down the first price the first time. That does not make any sense. Also they did not clarify that $70 is the regular price. It is so cheap to make business like that. So make a low price just to attract customers but charge them extra when they actually go there? Just give me the original price, don't play any games. I would still go there to check my car because it is still cheaper than dealers. Now after all these dishonest act, i will never go to this place, same goes to EVERYONE that I know. When i confront them, they gave me rude attitude and saying come back another day if i want to keep on arguing or robbing the place??! No body is going to rob you, YOU robbed me!! what an attitude. I am not a complaining person but this is so unprofessional and this is not how you do business for what i know. So Do not ever go there, it is the last place on this earth that you will go for your car. Actually, cross that off, i would rather let me car die on the road than take my precious car to that damn place.

I was left on the side of the road!! This company was referred to me by autozone. They were nice enough to pick up the vehicle, take me home, diagnose and fix the problem in the same day and even picked me up when the car was ready!! Now that's service!!

These guys saved the day! Had my car towed in for some battery work but because I'm working 7am to 8pm they aren't open when I'm available. Great communication from Jason over the phone about options and prices was appreciated as was the 6am pickup from my hotel. They made a stressful situation about as stressfree as possible. Highly recommended!

This place is a business that you should avoid at all cost, if I am able to give them a minus star I would, however, I went for an oil change on Monday afternoon, after they finished I noticed a sound coming from the engine, I asked them what that noise is coming from under the hood they told me it was normal it will go away after you drive it. Took my vehicle home, then Tuesday morning, I took my daughter to school, the noise became even more noticeably louder. While on the highway to pick up my daughter from school, parts of the engine fell off on the highway, oil light came on, smoke from my engine started coming out of hood and inside my car through the air conditioning vents and lost complete power to the engine, rolled to a stop on the side of the highway. Called this business about what just occurred, and that my car was fine until I went to you for an oil change, and that this is clearly your fault. Their response was you can't prove it, get a lawyer, and hung up on me. Dealership adviced me that my engine is totaled, a new engine will cost 5700.00. A mechanic looked at the engine and told me that there was never enough oil in the engine and the crank shaft had broke due to that reason. All this for a small oil change. Avoid this business.
